Dear Priya, we are sorry your flight got changed but as per your initial booking, your original flight provided when making the booking landed on time at the airport, at 4PM. Our driver was already on spot waiting for you at the meeting point when you have sent us your new flight details that was arriving at 11PM. We monitor all flights and that's why, our driver was waiting for you for your original flight. In case of flight delays our driver always waits at the airport for the client or we reschedule the transfer. You arrived in a different flight than the one communicated to us and you have send us your new flight details less than 1 hour before your scheduled arrival. As you can understand, our service is based on flight information and its imposible for us to reschedule a transfer when our driver is already on spot waiting for you as your initial booking was for a flight that landed on time. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
