Explore Key West By Bike
Bikes are definitely the way to tour Key West! Island Safari Rentals dropped off our bikes at our hotel and were very responsive to our booking request (bikes arrived within 30 minutes of the concierge making the reservation). Bike rentals included: bike lock, front basket, and front and rear lights for night riding.

Bikes are by far one of the easiest ways to get around key west.

These guys were good and on top of it. If your bike broke down they would meet up with you and replace your current bike with a new one.

Don't rent a car, rent a bike.

A true Island experience

We rented bikes for 3 days for. Family of 4. We had 3 adults, a 6 year old and the family dog. Everyone loved their biking experience. We rented the tag along for the 6 year old and the dog rode in the basket.

The location was ideal and they even deliver the bikes to your hotel.
Fast friendly and moderately priced.

Biking around Key West
We rented bikes for a few days while in key west. I booked online. They were delivered on time I requested. Bikes were in good shape. Good experience!

This was the only bad experience of our trip. The bikes were fine, but the service was terrible. I dealt with five people, two on the phone and three in person. I have never known such rudeness. We rented there because we needed to be somewhere at the other side of the Island and did not have time to find another place, but I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

The worst rental experience of my life

Worst customer service I've ever had. I tried to rent 4 bikes for a day at our hotel.. the representative told us the bikes would be there in about 15 minutes. We kept asking and 45 minutes later still no bikes. We went up there to ask where they were and instead the rep yells "do you want to cancel!" and at that point I said yes. He says it's been processed and we leave.. but I check my account days later and I've still been charged full price for the bikes. I call this company and ask why I was charged despite getting a refund and I get yelled at by the company rep that they arrived when I canceled (no they didn't) and it was the representatives fault for telling me the wrong waiting time. Idc whose fault it was, if you charge me for something that I was told was clearly refunded then I deserve an apology and explanation for the mistake. I do not need aggression over the phone when the company WRONGLY charged me. I've never been treated like this by service industry workers in my life and I've been a server myself for years, NEVER BOOK WITH THEM.

Great experience! On March 7th a gentleman delivered the bikes to our hotel, The Havana Cabana. He was extremely helpful. Wish I knew his name. He adjusted the bikes and gave us trip ideas. He even drew some routes on my map. He also made two excellent restaurant recommendations (A deli and a Crepe place). Both were fantastic and not touristy! The bikes were in great condition with perfect baskets to hold our belongings. Great rate!

I visit Key West a few times a year and love to rent bikes with the group. This time it was just 4 of us and we were staying in the heart of Duval so I found a new, closer company. I prepaid for the 4 bikes for the day. Our friends ended up staying at a different hotel about 1/2 mile away. I went to the counter and asked them to deliver their bikes. The two gentlemen had a very hard time understanding me. They were impatient and seemed very unorganized. No surprise, the bikes were never delivered. The customer service rep said that they tried to call and deliver multiple times but no one responded. I had my phone with me the entire time and we were actually waiting at the hotel. No refund and basically said it was my fault. We ended up renting 2 other bikes close to their hotel and they got nicer bikes for less money. I will not be renting from this company again for my April or May visits.
