Had a great day! Our guide, Patty, was very fun and made sure we had a great experience. Would recommend for any group coming to the Finger Lakes!

What a fantastic day, Ron the Man pick us promptly on time and was took the of us on a private tour of the local wineries. Providing great local knowledge of the area and about lake Canadaigua. Casa Larga and Heron Hill were great hosts. But by far our favourite was Inspire Moore. The hostess provided us with a 5* service making sure our glasses were never empty.

The day started promising but was disappointing. The driver was on time and polite. First stop was pretty and great service. Second and fourth stops were cheap and not good. The fourth stop served 6 servings in Dixie cups poured all at once and on a cafeteria tray with no explanation or service. Amber Hill was old and dumpy. Third stop was interesting and server was nice. We called to provide feedback and crush tours was somewhat defensive and aid they didn’t have much to choose from and we should have done our research. This was completely overpriced and not worthwhile. Very disappointed.

Thanks for your feedback. We will work with the wineries and try to provide a better presentation to our customers. We are not sure why the wine was poured in paper cups. Again we will look into this and see how we can better improve presentations and winery selections.

What a great experience! We were lucky enough to have Deb as our driver and guide and it was such a great experience. She was knowledgeable about the area, very patient with our group (a bachelorette party), and was happy to take lots of photos for us! She even carried our purchases to the van for us!! She was attentive without being intrusive and was really fun to be with! The wine tour itself was great - we had to do zero prep or work and just showed up to have a good time and get chauffeured. Crush does a great job of communicating and makes it easy to enjoy the day. It’s a great way to make sure that your entire group has fun and no one gets stuck being “in charge”. Highly recommend using Crush for a winery or beer tour and TOTALLY recommend Deb!!

Russell was great at scheduling the tour! Our crush host was Gary and he was awesome! He picked us up at the house we were staying right on time. He was really personable and gave us a local tour between the wineries. We had a really nice time. Our tour was a Tuesday and the wineries were not real busy which was great. Thanks for the memories and certainly would request Gary on our next trip to the finger lakes to go on a wine tour on a different lake

We had a great time. Our driver, Gary, knew everything about the various wineries and the local information as well -- history, locals, businesses, etc. And he was helptful loading the wine we bought. Very pleasant day.

My cousin took me on this wine tour. It was my first time on a wine tour. Crush did a great job and we absolutely loved Christy as our host. She was perfect and will definitely go with her again!

My husband and I booked the Sip & Savor With Lunch tour for my birthday and we completely blown away by the experience.
Our driver, Ron, came to pick us up at our B&B and was a delight from start to finish. He was right on time (a little early even!) and had everything under control. Excellent knowledge of the area, great driving, amazing conversation the entire time. He pointed out local points of interest and had great insight. He was with us for the whole day, and was always going above and beyond to make sure we had the best time.
Our tour took us to Heron Hill, Arbor Hill, Inspire Moore, and Hazlett Wineries. Every stop had something my husband and I loved (and a few things we never would have picked for ourselves, but found we loved). Our favorite spot was Arbor Hill (ask for Edgar if you're doing a tasting).
We ate lunch at Roots Cafe, which is connected to Inspire Moore. The food was incredible and the portion sizes were huge. You get a glass of wine with your meal, which is nice. However, our tasting was scheduled for after lunch so we didn't know which wine we would enjoy with our meal. If I were to change one thing about the tour it would be swapping the Inspire Moore tasting to before lunch so you can have a full glass of the wine you liked best.
Overall, this was an incredible experience. I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Canandaigua. I can't wait to come back to Crush for one of their other tours.

1000% recommend this to anyone looking to book an experience in Canandaigua!! Our drive, Darryl, made this trip unforgettable! PLEASE GIVE DARRYL A PROMOTION!! He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. This trip was for my sisters bachelorette and I happen to be on crutches and Darryl never missed a beat. He helped me get to all the tasting and made sure I had a helping hand when needed. He took all the pictures we asked, gave as a detour through some neighborhoods to look at nice houses as we went from location to location, and talked to us during the entire drive and told us about all the local wineries at this lake and others. I could go on and on. Darryl made us all feel so special and ensured we had an amazing day and we would book again solely to ride with Darryl again. Darryl or bust!! #OurKingDarryl #Divalicious #SomethingsInMyEye

Our host Darryl was truly amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect, including taking extra care of one of our party members who was on crutches. He was an amazing ambassador for those of us who were visiting Canandaigua for the first time, very knowledgeable about the area and the wineries themselves. He was also incredibly personable, charismatic, witty, and kind. He made our wine tour unforgettable and we couldn't be more thankful for the time and effort he put into our tour! We can't wait to come back - and will definitely request him to be our host again!!
