Photo shoot
Talon was awesome. He got to know us so he knew what type pictures we wanted. He took pictures of both of us and single shots. We went quickly to the areas but he was very patient showing us how to pose. He also had us walk down Bourbon street with the city in the background- something I would never think to do. You knew you were in the capable hands of a professional. Thanks Talon for a great experience!

Fabulous New Orleans Experience!
We had Talon as a photographer and he was wonderful. He was easy to work with. He messaged before the time to meet with the location information as well as a picture of what he looked like. He helped us be relaxed and I am sure when we get our pictures back they will be great!

Visits of a Lifetime New Orleian
I’ve been going to NOLA every year since I was 8 yrs old… it cast it wonderful spell on me, the history, the food, the architecture, the art, the cuisine, etc. it’s like stepping back in time. I am not interested in the night club scene like Bourbon Street, I love the music, enjoying the food, cocktails in the Carousel Bar or the Balcony at Muriel’s. And of course Camellia Grille on Carrollton and Antoine’s for a delicious romantic French creole meal. Napoleon House and Cafe Du Monde. My home away from home The Hotel Monteleone, of course!

Dear Customer, We noticed that you left us a negative review despite not having experienced our tour. We promptly processed your cancellation at 8am, which was 8 hours before the scheduled tour, and issued a refund. Our team attempted to contact you via the website, as you did not provide a phone number when booking. We also requested your phone number from the website customer service, but they were unable to provide it. Our intention was to reschedule the tour due to a slight chance of rain, as we did not want to risk damaging our equipment. We explained this to customer service when they contacted us also offered alternative time, and they can provide proof that we sent you messages via the website. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an exceptional tour experience in the future. Best regards,

Fabulous French Quarter Memories
Our photographer, Talon, was great! He was so easy to work with and very personable. He had lots of great ideas for shots and locations and was also open to our ideas as well. We know that these pictures are going to be treasured memories from this trip.

Daniel was wonderful. He has a good eye for composition and posing and the photos were all high quality and beautifully done. He took us to all the great spots and was careful to choose the best lighting and make sure there were no background distractions. We received our photos very quickly and we absolutely love them. He was super friendly and conversational - I did not expect an in depth history tour as this is a photo shoot, but he told some nice stories.

So much history. So many beautiful sights to see. I’m not a big drinker, so even though we stayed in the French Quarter there was no shortage of fun to be had. Wear comfortable shoes as you walk a lot and the streets and sidewalks are sloping and cracked.

Would NOT recommend. Photographer DID NOT understand the assignment. Extremely disappointed and upset with the results.

Our group consisted of our photographer Daniel and four people (two of us and one other couple).

We did not visit a majority of the spots listed, get photos as advertised or shown, nor was there any informational or story telling. The booking advertised, and I was expecting, a walking tour where we learn about the city and a photographer would take photos while you tour so you can have keepsakes of NoLa.

Even though we were literally in the middle of the French Quarter, Photographer picked the worst backgrounds/locations (ie in front of a bunch of bushes in a back alley, random walls). This was just random photos in front of random things that could’ve been taken literally anywhere on the planet.

Also, this isn’t supposed to be a portrait session, this is supposed to be vacation photos. You can’t even tell we are on vacation.

While we were told that he took 300+ photos of us, we got about 30 of what I assume were believed to be the best photos — some were while we were talking, or fixing our poses. Not exactly the “candids” we requested. The decent photos were also poorly framed and/or weirdly angled.

I have done many photo tours in other cities, and this is the worst “photo tour” I have been on.

Thank you for your review. 1st) “We covered as many spots as we could. We went to 615 Pere Antoine, Pirates Alley, Royal Street and behind the St. Louis Cathedral. Then we went to Dumaine and circled our way back to Jackson Square, Café Du Monde and the Riverwalk. As mentioned in the description, we aimed to cover as many spots as possible from the locations listed, depending on how fast the group moved.” 2nd) “We didn’t provide only portraits; there were different angles as well.” 3rd) “Yes, he took over 200 photos which I sent to you and offered to see if you would like to add some more. You received 31 photos, as stated in the description that we would provide 15 to 20 edited photos.”

Very Responsive Extremely Professional.
I do not have enough positive things to say about Anna and Daniel. They were prompt, took great pictures and very responsive to our comments. They communicated with us and got us beautiful pictures in less than half the time they quoted. I would highly recommend them. Great management too!!
