An awful company. Pure arrogance & rudeness with no understanding of how to deal with customer complaints. When someone thinks they are always right they rarely are in my experience. Avoid.

The Vinorium offer an unequalled on-line wine buying experience, they really are a fantastic bunch...!!! The website itself is a dream to browse through and full of spectacular wines - each wine accompanied with notes and ratings, often from more than one well respected critic... In the unlikely event of needing to speak to customer service, you can be confident that this experience too is efficient, seamless and generally excellent... If we were to rate wine merchants via the same 100 point scoring scale that are used for the wines themselves, then I would unequivocally give The Vinorium a fully deserved 100 points...!!!

I’ve ordered from the Vinorium before and received seamless service, but was particularly impressed today when an assistant emailed after receiving my order to let me know the wines would go on sale the following week, and I could delay my order to receive the discounted prices.

I've just received my second online order from the team at Vinorium and the service has been first class. Received less than 24 hours after placing the order and the delivery company emailed to specify delivery time between one hour. What else can I say?
Oh the wine...... If there's a better selection of quality Aussie wines in the country at really competitive prices then I'd like to know about. Great wines and great service - many thanks.

I ordered a gift for a friend, no delivery was made to her. After investigations it was clearly shown that the online ordering platform was defective and removed part of the address I entered.
When I asked for a refund, I was refused as claim was delivered to an address (but not to where I ordered!)
The refused to refund my gift when clearly they are at fault.
Do not use this service for online orders.

The bank upheld our rebuttal against your wrongful claim... Sadly, our great industry is being hit with so many fraudulent / false claims. Thankfully, the bank (with our evidence) saw through this scam...

There's a lot of old guff and pretentiousness about fine wine and it all seems designed to make you feel inferior about your own knowledge and what you like - but not at Vinorium. As has been said before this is an Aladdin's cave of new experiences. Stuart and his staff are SO knowledgeable and all they are interested in, is what you like and what tastes you prefer, with no judgement. If you want to go and buy a mixed case of wines for those special occasions, Vinorium does what no supermarket can ever hope to achieve; they explore your preferences and help you choose bottles that you will savour and remember for a long time, not only that, you will learn so much and really appreciate the winemakers art.

This is an outstanding venue tucked away near the Secret Garden off the A20. The owner clearly knows his onions when it comes to wine. Set in a modern and well furnished premises with eclectic, retro chic fittings Vinorium consists of a temperature controlled tasting room and Deli. The tasting room offers 40 wines located in 4 very high tech glass cabinets with oak surrounds. Load a pre-pay card at the reception desk and then the fun begins. A great selection of wines are offered with accompanying detailed tasting notes. Tastings come in 3 varying measures with prices clearly displayed. The Deli offers a superb selection of tapas and sharing plates including selections of French, Spanish and Classic cheeses. We tried all of the tapas dishes and all were beautifully presented with ample size portions and great flavours. The chef trained under Jamie Oliver and so big flavours abound. We received impeccable and exemplary service from the assistant manager, Mark from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. He was attentive, courteous, knowledgeable and exuded charm as well as a great sense of humour. I write this review with some reluctance for fear that too many people find out about this amazing venue. All in all highly recommended - make sure you book in advance!
