We visited here as part of a farm tour. Great place, great story.. Great cows Brisket and Sirloin. The tasting was great and the products are tasty. Will definitely be back with friends.

The best honey and maple syrup products in Ontario! Steve & his family have an amazing farm and fabulous products! They also have a bee observation area in the Sweet Shack! This is a great place for bringing groups; farm to table events, Weddings...a huge place for a special event. Best of all...Maple Infused Vinegar & Maple Candy Floss!

My husband and I visited Dare 2 Dream farm for the first time on June 30, 2018 and we are so glad we did. It is a family-run farm with a focus on bees and creating all-natural products from beeswax and honey, as well as maple syrup.
We were greeted enthusiastically by Steve and we started discussing the extreme importance of bees as pollinators and for the wonderful products they provide us with ... many of which can be purchased at the farm's store.
As it was quite quiet, Steve kindly took us on a quick tour of parts of his farm. We also had the pleasure of meeting the family's 2 very friendly and easygoing dogs during the tour ... Tucker and Lily.
And then we had the chance to see the inner workings of a hive from the screened-in viewing room. Steve went around to the hive side, donned his beekeeper gear and let us see inside one of the hives and showed us the racks with honey and the racks with baby bees waiting to be born. (We actually lucked out and witnessed this event for ourselves.)
There were also a couple of children there with their father, and Steve took the time to explain the things he was doing and engaged the children by asking questions and supplying neat facts about bee-related matters.
Now, on to the products in the farm store. We sampled delicious wildflower honey, tasty cinnamon honey, heavenly maple syrup, lovely maple vinegar and sinfully sweet "Maple Fluff" (their specialty ... it is like cotton candy in its texture but is made entirely from maple syrup, nothing else). I believe the Maple Fluff can also be found at some stores and markets in the area. They had honey vinegar and I think they had natural apple cider vinegar, as well. And, as I found out when we were paying for all the awesome things we purchased, I noticed they had beeswax lip balm so I had to get some of that as well (3 for only $10)! Oh, I also liked the brochures and pamphlets they had, with info on bees and how to attract them to your garden, etc. Keep in mind, these are the products I noticed, there may have been some things I missed.
And, near the end of our visit, we met Steve's wife, Patty, who was charming, engaging and helpful.
I love that this is a family-run farm, intent on creating all natural products. I also truly love the focus on bees. These creatures deserve our respect and protection. You can tell that all of the farm's animals are treated with care and respect.
Thank you, Steve and Patty (and Tucker & Lily), for a lovely time. And a big heartfelt thank you to the bees, too! Oh, and Patty, you were right, the lip balm is great!

Stopped by here on the recommendation of our BnB host (Woodland Gardens BnB). Great farm, got a tour by Patty of the beehives. Lots of bees buzzing around. Was treated to a delicious tasting of various honeys and local syrup. Bought some fantastic chilli honey, cinnamon honey, and honey mustard.

Wonderful fun family run farm. Great demonstration and explaintion on the bees and how the honey is made. I will be back soon to stock up on more honey supplies!! Thx guys

You'll not meet more gracious hosts than Steve, Patty and Tyler who provided fascinating and fun filled insights into the making of honey by their industrious bees on Dare2Dream Farm. The tasting room was a perfect reflection of their passion to produce exceptional products of outstanding quality. It was a brilliant and memorable birthday gift for our grandson on a perfect fall day in Ontario. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! The Powell Family.

Had a great visit with kids learning how honey is produced. The Maple vinegar is fantastic. Tasting area for products.

A welcoming and friendly experience for all ages. Lindy was our host the day we visited, she provided a very educational lesson on honey bees to my family. The products are second to none!

We visited the farm with our 3 year old and 5 year old boys in August 2017, the day Dare 2 Dream had an open house. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the kids enjoyed the visit (~1 hour). The kids saw bunnies, alpacas, goats, a sheep (popcorn) and cow (T-Bone). We saw how honey is extracted and sampled their maple and honey products, which are also available for purchase from their onsite store. We bought the Maple Vinegar to use as a salad dressing (don't need to add oil) - it is delicious.
They also have a giant sandbox which the kids wanted to use but it was a rainy day.
Overall it was a fun educational experience and we came home with locally grown products. The grounds are well kept and they also have a venue large shed building for special events (i.e weddings) which I wasn't aware of and it appeared to be well decorated. Krumbs (A local bakery/catering business was onsite as they bake with Dare 2 Dream products) - yummm!
