My wife and were touring the Gaspe peninsula and found a listing for this small family fromagerie in a brochure about food on the peninsula. We decided to stop by, and had a delightful experience speaking with one of the owners, Natali. She and her partner make cheese from their own herd of Nubian goats as well as cheese from a neighboring farms cows. The milk from the nubian goats has only a mild goaty flavor, and all the cheeses we tried including goat cheddar and gouda from fresh to 2 years old as well as goat cheddar with pepper were wonderful. They also sell fresh cheese curds and local preserves.
