There was this gentleman working there named Miguel. He was so friendly and helpful and accommodated to all of my needs. His knowledge seemed very refined and it helped me feel comfortable while making my purchase. I am very happy with my Marin bike and it works like a charm! Thank you to all involved and I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended

Owen and the staff of Rossi Bikes are hands down the best on the market. Professional and experienced yet humble on sharing their knowledge. Big variety of products in an updated facility with plenty of resources.
On a personal note, Owen and the Rossi team have supported my efforts into the cycling world and triathlon. It is a life changing experience. I am always welcomed, always greeted as I am coming to my own family. That there it is unique, and it sets the highest standard of relationship.
At Rossi Bikes, they care. From Owen Sr. and down the line. Respectful, quality people to the service of this community.
It is a privilege.

My experience at Rossi was great! Excellent customer service; staff highly knowledgeable and professional. Knew exactly what I needed! Best bike shop in town by far!

Cycle Rossi - Great place to stop in if you need a quick fix, bigger big repair or even a new bike! They take the time to listen to their clients and provide you with what you really need. A family business who truly cares about their clients. Been going there for years and wouldn’t have it any other way!

Trust worthy and very knowledgeable staff. I have purchased all my bikes and accessories there in last few years and will definitely continue doing so.

Rossi Bicycles truly embodies the local bike pro shop mantra. Not only do they offer a great range of brands, they know what they're talking about. Moreover, they take the time to get to know you. Something you never get online. Looking for a new bike or friendly advice, stop by Rossi. I'm a 10 year+ customer and still shopping there!
