Fantastic tour company with Sam and Gregor. Sam 'the man' was the perfect host. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable and patient. I left my glasses on the bus and Sam very kindly brought them to the pick up point the following day for me. I enjoyed the self guided tour as it gave me the freedom to explore on my own rather being time restricted at each point and caught up in the crowd as you would with a guided tour. The self guided tour gives you more freedom to move around whereas the other tours looked quite cramped with lots of ppl in the same place at the same time. The bus was very clean, comfortable and thankfully had air conditioning. The tour of Auscwitz itself was obviously disturbing but it didn't deflect from the rest of my holiday as I thought it might. 10 out of ten for me!

From start to finish everything was perfect. Amazing trip. I could not recommend more. Our host pre-booked the tickets for us and we had enough time to visit both camps

Well-arranged trip to Auschwitz with Guide Marek. Good information, good explanations and help during transport and on site. I thought we would only get the bus trip and entrance tickets, but got a lot of info and guidance. Marek is a winner who wanted to please everyone. Nice also the air conditioning in the bus😉

Beautiful day tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau with Pavel tour! Thank you! We were grateful to walk this path with lots of emotions and history. Pavel tour organize tour every day and made it easy, accessible, confortable in the travel bus! Thank you so much!

Very poorly organized. We had a difficult time finding the tour operator as there was no sign indicating where we were to meet. Once at Auschwitz, we had a long line and overall the experience was adequate only.

I booked through a partner travel agency of BOOKING (PAVEL TRAVEL) a day trip to visit AUSCHWITZ-BIRKENAU for MAY 10, 2024 at 11.00am. I paid 120 euros for 2 PEOPLE with a debit card. On May 9th in the evening, PAVEL TRAVEL sent me an SMS announcing that the trip starts at 13.00, without apologizing or giving any excuse for the time change. When I answered them that I booked a trip that starts at 11.00, because there was a change in time, immediately after and without any other communication I was surprised to see in the BOOKING application that they canceled my trip A P R O E I D O P O I H T A ! !!!!! They obviously realized that a bad review from me would follow, something I wouldn't be able to do if the trip wasn't taking place. I contacted BOOKING by phone to have them serve me with another of their partners (because this partner was also recommended and advertised by BOOKING, that's why I trusted him) but .... they simply told me that I would be refunded the money for the trip that was not done . BOOKING is UNACCEPTABLE if it still cooperates with and advertises such travel agencies (PAVEL TRAVEL) that leave BOOKING's customers hanging and dissatisfied……

We made the reservation a month in advance through Booking and when there was only half an hour left before departure, they canceled our trip to Auschwitz because they did not have the tickets available.
Very bad management, if we reserve a month in advance it seems surreal to me that half an hour before they inform us that we will not be able to carry out the activity, they should have some foresight. Of course they do not have a contact telephone number nor do they give you any solution.
Finally, we are going to leave Krakow without being able to visit Auschwitz, which was the main reason why we came from Spain.

Awful. Terrible experience.
We booked the activity a month in advance and they canceled the activity half an hour before.
We come to Poland just to do this activity of seeing the concentration camps and on a date with so many influxes they don't give us compensation, or ANYTHING.
We lost the activity and the trip was already ruined.
I will NEVER trust this company again.
They didn't even call us to apologize, it was booking that did it and on top of that it is clear that they didn't have the tickets purchased and would think about buying them the same day...
They only gave us a refund and no compensation, especially on the dates we were on.

Terrible
Drove 16 hours to Krakwo, arrived there, went to sleep quickly to leave in the morning for the bus for Auschwitz
Just as we are about to leave, we receive an email that our booking has been cancelled
Because the company itself was late in reserving tickets
We weren't happy already
But we thought we would drive there ourselves and buy tickets ourselves. After a drive of another 1h30 we arrived.
We stood in line for another hour and there were no more tickets available
So we booked a whole weekend in Poland, a 16 hour drive there and back to go to Auschwitz, all in the water because this terrible company didn't have any tickets themselves, but they do sell them.
We will get our money back, but we will have lost all our money from the hotel and the ride that took long enough
The worst part is that society does NOT respond
This is not acceptable
Never again through this company
They are scammers
