“If you can only visit one vineyard for tasting in Paso Robles, Venteax is the one to chose” is what one reviewer wrote. I couldn’t agree more! My wife and I enjoyed a fabulous experience with hostess Amanda. I don’t ‘rave’ about many places I visit, but I’m happy to rave about Venteax. Lovely hand-crafted wines, beautiful grounds, lovely people. Definitely a ‘must visit’ if you’re deciding which vineyard to go to in the area.

We had been given this recommendation from the team at Turley and we loved it!! Great wines and super friendly staff. Personal favorites- cab and petit Syrah. Went back for a repeat before we left!!

Wines were exceptional at Venteux! The staff member was very informative and engaging. A large group came in while we were there, but we were still taken care of and given plenty of attention. Put this place on your list, the wine does not disappoint and the staff are great!

Went to Venteux on recommendation from
staff member at Niner. Such a great recommendation! The venue, vibe, staff, ambiance and wine are all top notch! The rose is slightly different than what you’re used to it and it’s fabulous! Bought a bottle to take home. Also bought a bottle of the Spanish Tempranillo blend. The GM was grilling up brats & ‘shrooms and provided samples which was a nice touch. I enjoyed sharing them with the House pup, Izzy. Looks like they do very cool events with live music and I for sure want to come back for one of those. I will definitely be back to Venteux! Love everything about the place.

All of their wines are so good. It was amazing how good. They had many wines to choose from including white and dessert, I personally loved all of their reds. Tastings are $10 and fee is waved when you purchase. The winery has a very comfortable and inviting tasting room . The patio area is perfect for a picnic in the country.

I love red Rhone wines and Venteux has them: Grenache, Mourvedre, GSM, PMS (Petite Sirah, Mourvedre, Syrah) and Syrah. Second time here and loved the bold wines both times! They also have a white, rose and Cabernet. They offer cheese pairings and wine by the glass. Cute tasting room and outside patio available. Great service from friendly staff.

Paso is dotted with wineries. Drive down any road and you will encounter them all day long. So its hard to know which ones are good and which ones to pass by. I have traveled to Paso a few times now, hit a lot of wineries and stumbled onto Venteux by accident. I am happy that I did and am sure you will be as well!
This is a small intimate winery. The tastings are given by a wonderful staff who clearly care and believe in their product. And why wouldn't they, its great!! The wine is absolutely delicious. They specialize in reds so be prepared for that. If you come to visit be prepared to take bottles home and become a member of their wine club, thats what happened to me. Their wine really is that good. Cheers!

If you think you liked the first wine, taste the next. Beautiful wines, in a relaxed, small tasting area. Perfect. So many wineries in Paso Robles... not enough time. Highly recommended. Put Venteux on your list.

I loved Venteux. Tasting room is small but plenty of space inside and outside. Extra seating is always a plus. Has a cute country winery feel. Loads of character. They have an outdoor grass area with some games, and they also have a pool for special events. Wines were very good and they had options for any pallet. Staff working the tasting room were knowledgeable and helpful finding the wines we would enjoy the most.

Small production winery catering to those with a discerning wine pallet. They offer a selection of wines. Only one white! But oh those reds!
Some might consider a 30 - 40 - or. 50+ bottle too expensive- the truth is that the price will reflect the time, effort, and respect for both the fruit and the wine drinker.
If you want to learn about their process and thinking they are happy to educate, but if you want to just try their great wines they are happy to oblige.
We visited them on a Wednesday- not very busy. Which I like. Watched the de-stemming- talked to staff. They weren't hurried with the next bus load of people.
This is a boutique winery worth the time.
