Our driver was wonderful and very professional. Arrived on time, immaculate vehicle and friendly. The ride was a bit nerve wracking due to the weather, however, we felt completely comfortable with our driver. He made us feel very safe.

Very clear/simple booking and confirmation process. Easily accessible and knowledgeable sales support. Cannot fault the courteousness and ‘road sense’ of the drivers. And special thanks to Brian for returning to Denver International to reunite me with my phone!

We booked Mountain Star for our winter ski trip in Vail/Beaver Creek. We had a top notch experience, from the moment we booked until we were dropped at our final destination. We had considered renting a car, but with the car rental (and uncertainty we'd receive a 4X4 equipped for winter weather) and parking fees, the pricing of this car service was comparable.
Communication from the company and the driver was excellent throughout. The car was immaculate both times. Our driver for both trips was Michael. He was on time, professional and very knowledgable of the roads. We hit some winter weather on the way back and Michael navigated the roads in a safe and expert manner. We highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a car service.

DO NOT BOOK this car service!!! My family and I travel A LOT and this was the worst we have ever experienced! I was called 1 day before our trip saying our pick up time would be pushed back an hour without any apologies or discount on their part for inconveniencing me and my family. The car that showed up was not the car I paid for. I paid for a black car service not a white transit van. Our driver drove like a maniac! We all felt unsafe! Our guess is he was in a hurry to pick the next guest since they pushed back our time. He drove crazy and way too fast in the express lines almost all the way to Breck. So crazy that my 18 month old became very car sick about 20min before getting to Breck. And if you’ve been to Breck before you know it doesn’t take an hour or less to get there from the Denver area. Also, strangely we knew the town of Breck better than the driver who claimed to have lived there already. He took us to the wrong place initially and I could’ve gotten us exactly where we needed to be only being there 8 times in my life. Do yourself a favor book Black Mountain Limo service—they were excellent and better priced!!

It was a very pleasant trip. Our driver kept cracking jokes which made the drive time go by quickly.

The car service was top-notch, no worries. Transportation in Breckenridge is challenging and expensive but it’s Breckenridge. You aren’t going to find any better maybe a couple of bucks cheaper but don’t do it. This the one you want. Great drivers, nice cars, good communication.

Puntual, limpio, cómodo y eficiente. El conductor muy agradable y muy atento. Un poco caro pero vale la pena para viajar tranquilos y seguros

Excellent service on time and driving
Arrive on time in spit of winter storm.

We used Mountain Star to take us from DEN to Vail the day after Christmas after United canceled our flight into EGE. I have used many car services over the years for business and personal use, and our driver Alexander was among the best. I felt completely safe the entire drive which at times was blizzard conditions. I would HIGHLY recommend using this service.
