Took my 15 month old grandson to the soft play for the first time and he was bored and was crying to get out after 10 minutes! No ball pit, just large foam blocks and 2 slides that he was unable to climb up to or slide down by himself. We sat him on our knee so he could use the slide and nearly caused ourselves an injury! They are totally unsuitable for that area. Will definitely not return to the soft play area.

Climbing was fun at first, although it was very ruined by a staff member. The climbing was great, my two kids absolutely loved it. Social distancing was a bit questionable but the intent was there. It was then ruined by a very rude old woman from the cafe department. Our first unfortunate encounter with this woman came when we got told to sit down and she rushed over, as you could tell by the unhygienic amount of sweat she had (not a great look when she looked to be cooking food with no hairnet) and smelling of cigarettes (furthermore not a good look in a children’s play centre) and spoke to us like we’re stupid. After our climbing finished we, unfortunately, encountered this woman again who was just plane rude to us. Spoke to us like we were stupid. We sat down at a table and she came over, seemingly stressed even though she was stood doing nothing at the till for 15 minutes as my hubby pointed out, and seemed to give us a lecture. At this point we decided against buying anything and leaving. We certainly will be back for the climbing but will never be using the kitchen department

My son absolutely loved it and the staff is fantastic, constantly encouraging everyone! Though he's a tiny bit small for some of the things so we've only tried the Clip and Climb for now

A really good set up all the climbing walls have different themes and difficulties making it fun and more interesting and even adults can do most of the activities for an additional fee there’s also a high rope climbing area for bigger kids and a caving experience (icave) which I never even noticed until we were leaving but this also looked really good
Next to the climbing wall area theres also a soft play area with different levels and slides etc there’s also a cafe inside with a large seating area a great choice of food and excellent prices
There’s a nice little park just right outside the building and a sizzler pub just at the end of the road making sky high adventure a great place to go with the kids for hours of fun

Activities were very busy and seemed very understaffed. All staff tried to stay positive but were clearly struggling- worrying myself and my partner if safety of our child was prioritised. Staff still managed to spend time walking around talking to each other.
The cafe had friendly staff and, again, tried serving with being positive but this seemed even more chaotic. Seemed very under staffed for what they were trying to do.
Floors and tables were also dirty and I was very surprised to hear there was no cleaner working for the company to make sure the tables were cleaned and cleared.
Seems like it would be a very good place when not busy, when it’s busy it seems poorly managed and could do with extra staff.

In summary, my daughter and her friends loved it. They all want their birthday party there. What other recommendation would you like. Whilst they approached the activity with some trepidation (and some tears), it won them over and they went on it time and again. Can I also comment how good the staff were as well. However, no idea what the cost is as it wasn't our party but there appeared to be plenty of other activities to make a repeat visit a certainty.

This was my second visit to Sky High Adventure, after previously attending for my daughter's own birthday party, this time she'd been invited.
We arrived early so she could listen to the safety brief & get harnessed up.
Off they go,the climbing area was looking a little busy, not sure if they had two parties running at the same time.
While I was waiting I decided to treat myself to a hot chocolate, a bit pricey in my eyes £2,20,served in a paper cup (I am an adult) no cream, marshmallow or chocolate sprinkles either,I went to see how my daughter was getting on,the staff seemed more interested in having a chat than helping clip & unclip the waiting children, I would recommend more staff being available on these busy sessions..
When it came to the food was already waiting for the hungry climbers, followed by icecream.
Overall it is a good place for a children's party, just please make sure that there is enough staff to cover.

Fantastic couple of hours spent here. Staff were amazing, really helpful and patient with the kids and adults. Climbing walls were great and varied. Leap of faith and vertical drop were a real test of courage and state of mind which was acknowledged by everyone who was part of the group and also each child that took part was applauded and cheered which created an amazing energy. What a way to spend a Friday afternoon. Brilliant!

Hi couple of questions;
We are travelling to Negril in July from the UK with a toddler and our young son.
We are considering taking a small flight from Montego Bay to Negril, for fun and to be quicker after the 10 hour flight! Apparently it is 15 mins compared to 1.5 hours in the bus. Has anyone done this & is it worth it?
Also, we are in a Caribbean Beachfront Concierge Suite and am am very anxious about being all in one room, especially with the time difference. Would there be any chance we could upgrade to a one bedroom suite so that we have the lounge area too?
Thanks in advance :-))

How much does this cost please ? Is there different prices dependent on the activity chosen or does one price cover it all ? Also do you need to book beforehand ? Thanks in advance
SkyHighAdventure

Hi,
Thank you for your query. We have different prices depending on both age and activity which can be found on our website - just search Sky High Adventure.
We don't have a one price covers all policy as most visitors tend to do one or two activities at a time.
Booking beforehand isn't necessary for soft play or for the other activities at this time, however for Clip 'n Climb, Caving and Bouldering and High Ropes it is advisable. These activities also require an induction beforehand.
Thank you,
Lauren
