We had my daughter's 9th birthday here and it was amazing! The kids had so much fun and the adults as well. Definitely recommend!

Great times! Nice staff, fun place, state of the art lanes. A must-visit. We had like 30 people here for a business night out and everybody had a blast. The server was a great guy too -- go Doug!

Had alot of fun we were left alone for most of the time. Good experience. Waitress spilled a beer and wasn't around alot but we still had a great time

Just left and have to say that the staff were polite and helpful, the bowling fun but limited, and if it weren’t for the volume, we might return sometime... my family could not hear each other without shouting- the staff couldn’t hear us, and we just wanted to leave before we finished our game of bowling- not sure what the intention of super high volume of music is- maybe for late night? But not at noon- just repellent.

We tried Taco Tuesday w/$1.50 tacos. They were all great. The only one we didn’t get to try was the fish sadly they were all out. Bowling was fun and the waitress comes right to your lane to serve you. We had a very attentive waitress. The staff that greeted us was nice and friendly. The place is very clean. All week long they have different specials going. We also signed up for “kids bowl free” for the summer to get two free games every day and bought a family pass for us to play along. Fantastic deal. Going to try #socialsundays for Thank Sunday’s deals. $.25 games!!!

Does anyone actually review or listen to the bands you guys book? They either are out of tune or just cant play. 6/29/2019 NOT EVEN MUSIC JUST EAR TORCHER!!! It what ever "band" that was is just a waste of musical instruments! This is not the first time, as a frequent visitor at the hampshire mall I can fairly say that the music coming from pinz when there is a band has been more than atrocious.

Took grandkids here for some fun. They enjoyed the arcade but had much more fun bowling. They have bumpers.... so no gutter balls! Even have a “ ramp” for little ones to set ball on just to make sure it reaches the pins. Friendly staff.

We went to try out bowling & had got put on a waiting list for about 25-30 mins no biggie, ended up putting money on a card & playing in the Arcade. Kinda expensive games in the arcade but not too bad. Bowling was fun there is 2 huge projector screens with shows on them for kids, the bowling balls look like pool balls & the sitting area while you play was extremely comfy!! Bowling prices weren’t bad at all compared to Galactic bowling at other places. Overall super fun place!! Will deff be returning for another Family day out!!

Looking for something to do on a hot afternoon in July. We brought our two sons to Pinz. They enjoyed the bowling and the arcade more so. Arcade is simple to use because all the credits are on a card, however I feel a lot more money is spent. We had lunch in their restaurant which the food was delicious. Price was high, service could be better, and we waited 30 minutes for our order which was very difficult with two boys. Overall it did kill some time and the kiddos enjoyed it!

I went on discount Tuesday and played a decent amount of games. It was pretty fun and I liked atmosphere. Certainly would recommend it
