These scooters are so slow now and think you're on the sidewalk too often. Just walk and save money. I was using these as a commute to work since I'm somewhat in walking distance but most of the time the scooters won't go over 10mph so I'm just wasting money now - not much of a time benefit.

Dishonest and take your money when they can't offer their service. Allowed me to sign on after their cut-off hours and then cut me off because it was during their cut off hours. Delete their app and don't bother. Everytime I use Lime there is an issue. Unreliable and zero stars

YOU ARE THIEVES!!!! Scanned the qrcode to start the ride but the bike lock remains attached. After several attempts to unlock (in the meantime time and money went on) I decide to stop the race. NOTHING TO DO! I decided to contact customer service and the number kept ringing in circles. After more than an hour and the money kept taking it. Nobody contacted me and moral of the story I HAD TO SUSPEND MY CARD TO NOT MAKE HIM TAKE ANY MORE MONEY. FRAUDSTERS!

I’ve had several disappointing experiences with Lime scooters, and I feel compelled to share my concerns about their shady and dishonest practices. On multiple occasions, I’ve been cheated out of both my money and time during rides. The app has consistently failed to let me end my ride and park the scooter, even when there are other scooters already parked in the location I’m trying to use. This not only wastes ride time but also continues to charge me unnecessarily.
After dealing with this issue four or five times, I finally reached out to customer service. The representative offered me two 10-minute ride credits—but only after I suggested it myself. These credits weren’t nearly equivalent to the amount of money I’ve been cheated out of, but something is better than nothing I suppose. Despite having minutes left on my current payment bundle, the representative assured me that I could use the credit after my remaining time was up, with no additional charges.
However, when I tried to use the credit, the app kept asking for payment or card information. I called customer service again and was told that the card was only needed as a precaution in case I exceeded the 10-minute credit, but that I wouldn’t be charged as long as I stayed within the limit.
Unfortunately, after scanning the scooter a temporary hold of $16+ was placed on my card during this ride. Also the app wouldn’t let me park at the designated location, forcing me to continue riding and search for a valid parking spot. My ride then went over the 10-minute credit, I called customer service making them aware of this. I also notified them in the app as well, and it said I wouldn’t be charged for the ride. The representative avoided my questions, resorting to scripted responses. Eventually, I was told that I wouldn’t get my money back for 7-10 business days—something I was not informed of beforehand.
This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Had I known about these delays and the poor service, I would never have accepted the credit or taken the ride. Despite being promised a call back from Lime, I never heard from anyone. Now, when I try to contact customer service, it feels like my number has been blacklisted—I’m only given the option to leave a message or email.
Lime’s dishonesty and lack of transparency are deeply concerning. If this is happening to me, how many other riders are being affected? I still have the unused 10-minute credit, but I will never use it, and I will never do business with Lime again. With the way things are in the world today, you’d think customer service would be better, but that’s clearly not the case with Lime.
Be cautious when using Lime scooters and your credit card with this service. The credits they offer don’t come close to compensating for the money and time they’ve taken. The lack of clear communication and poor customer service make this one of the worst experiences I’ve had. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

They cost more than any ride share. Fun, but .40/min is ridiculous. Maybe if it was based on mileage I would do it again but for now I will let everyone I know that it’s a waste.

STAY AWAY!! Families avoid Lime Scooters whatever you do. Family of 4 charged $220.86 for 3 short rides and still had to walk blocks because the scooter told us it can’t be parked at the place we wanted to visit. Total if 23 miles. The next day we took Uber… $26 for four of us total. Lime charged us more than our rental car cost for 4 days. and their app Help doesn’t let you do anything or give feedback at all. FAMILIES DO NOT USE Lime Scooters!!!

Don’t waste your money, the app is terrible to navigate most days and the hidden fees it doesn’t tell you about isn’t helpful.

Fiquei 40 minutos tentando finalizar a viagem .
Outras pessoas estavam com o mesmo problema.
Tive que ir a outro sítio de estacionamento e mesmo assim não finalizava.
Depois de muito insistir ,consegui finalizar mas paguei por todo esse tempo.
Nunca mais vou usar e NÃO RECOMENDO!!!

A lime employee came at 2qm and collected the scooter from my street saying only one person rode this one. There were NO other scooters anywhere nearby but loaded up few blocks away in the more Hispanic area. So why are they relocating scooters from neighborhoods with NO scooters and putting them in area where they have an abundance???????

I do not recommend it, I ran out of charge and did not stop the service and they charged me 20 euros, too expensive, I do not recommend it.
