How does money thing work. A lot of people are saying to super expensive but are you expected to carry around your wallet/cell phone? Do you pay one fee and have your own access to whatever is on the property? Do you have place your name on a list and wait hours to sit in a salt pool or stand in long line waiting for everything.... I am thinking for taking the wife there soon and I hope she enjoys it but, she will not if your always opening the wallet and waiting for everything, not sure how anyone would find that relaxing. Do you plan on spending the day there or is it more of a show up when it opens and leaving at noon thing? Thanks for any info.
I would definitely plan to stay the day. Weekends are often busier . So I would recommend getting there in morning You pay for the day upon arrival, which access you to the entire property.if you are interested in massage or other, you should book ahead those are extra. You get a wrist band that you can load money onto to pay for drinks and food . You are given a locker for your personal items. Your wife will love it.
Hi HuggyD,
Here are a few details for payment:
1) You pay a set few upon your arrival to access the baths, saunas, steam rooms and relaxation spaces. There are a few of each. So you can enjoy different hot tubs and saunas and steam rooms throughout the entire day. Included in this entry fee is a few towels and a locker. You are also given a free electronic bracelet that you use to open your locker. You can also charge the bracelet with money. It acts sort of like a gift card that you keep with you. It’s useful because it is water proof. So you can bring it into the hot tubs and pools and such.
2) food and drinks are extra. There are restaurants on site and they accept the bracelet mentioned above. The serve full meals and also snacks and drinks.
3) Massages are extra and need to be booked. When you pay for general entry into the spa mentioned in 1) you have the option to book a massage. You book the time and pay there.
4)special baths are extra. The facility has a few extra pools (salt baths to be more specific). If you want to visit that part of the spa you can pay extra when you sign in at the beginning, mentioned at 1). If you pay that fee you can go into these special baths. Honestly though there is so much to see and do that I wouldn’t pay extra the firsts time.
Enjoy!
