Charming hotel with great staff. This is one of our best hotel stay I must say. We truly enjoyed it here. Andrea who works at the front best was amazing. She made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed talking to her daily. My fiancé enjoyed Anthony and Ricardo. He thought they were friendly and very helpful. Anything we wanted the staff here tried their best to make sure we got it. I cannot wait to return😊 the hot tube and pool was amazing and made us feel relax!

The hotel is a jewel which has made the best of it's past as a historic building. Elegantly decorated, choice of colors and materials make it warm and inviting. The roof top has a great view of Old San Juan and the bay, sunset watching a must. Service was excellent, very friendly and well trained staff, Anthony and Giovani in the Bar and restaurant. The two managers, Sara and Adrian, went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed. It is a definite repeat.

Beautiful and cozy hotel in a great location. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The service was outstanding. I will definitely return to this hotel. The staff was very attentive and Coco made sure that our stay was superb.

What a beautiful hotel! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room was on the ground floor and close to the restaurant. Great high ceilings and good furnishings. Only downside is that the noise from the restaurant is audible in the room. Not a big deal during covid (things are quieter) but during busier times I can imagine it'll be very noisy. The rooftop chill area with pool and hot tub is phenomenal. Such a great view above the buildings. Was honestly the best part of the whole stay and one of the best hotel amenities to have in such a beautiful city. Would definitely return.

What a wonderful surprise! Celebrating our 15 anniversary at OSJ and staying at the brand new Hotel Palacio Provincial was simply WONDERFUL! OSJ is by itself a magical city and the culinary capital of the Caribbean, but having a elegant and comfortable home away from home to come to everyday after fabulous walks, shopping, and dinners it was perfection. At the front desk Andrea and Claudia made sure that before, upon arriving, and during our stay that we had everything that we need to feel comfortable. Our pool day (that is a must do for everyone) was taken care of by the sporty Aida taking care of the endless champagne and an hors d'oeuvres. All of these outstanding details covered under the direction of the unique Sarah the general manager. Thank you team! you made our 15 really memorable.…
