This hotel was a total disgrace , disgusting cleanliness carpets stained and smelly , tea stains splashed up the skirting , not to mention sweets melted behind the fridge and on the floor behind as for the shower with mouldy grout and lime scaled walls I wouldn't wash a dog in it let alone myself .Plus the windows had been painted shut and would not open so room was like a sauna with no air flow which made the room smell even worse as the weather was hot and muggy when we arrived. Also just be very careful when departing not to be late leaving the car park because we were 10 minutes late and got a parking fine no leeway at all .
I ended up at this complete pit of a hotel after my original hotel had property issues and got cancelled. I have a list as long as my arm of the issues but to keep it short: - Incredibly rude staff - Bad smell - A bin that had not been emptied - Hairs in room - Stains on the floor - Shower not working - bugs / beetles - No WIFI as advertised - Parking Tickets from an un-official private company (basically fraudsters) The beeches hotel in Norwich should be avoided at all costs! Trust me I am saving you a nightmare experience in Norwich. Find somewhere else.
79 upper st giles....terrible.....told them of check in time 9pm - arrived at just after 10pm to find the place had not been cleaned from previous occupants, whole place was freezing too. not a nice smell. team came to clean after my call, didnt seem bothered and commented that the cleaning staff were a nightmare.... ! finally able to get to bed after midnight.. really not impressed. have emailed to complain - still waiting for response. NOT IMPRESSED
