Thank you also for complimenting our rich breakfast buffet. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experience due to the maid service during your stay. We would kindly ask you to share your concerns immediately during your next stay to find a proper solution for you on the spot. Moreover, please be informed that we do have a common area, where our guests can find iron, board and laundry facilities. Finally, we do also apologize for you waiting after the check-in. That happened as there were many guests checking-in at the same time. However, we do provide our guests with porter service in order to assist them with the room indication and luggage. It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and indeed, where necessary, improve upon the service we provide to our valued guests. Guest comments at our hotel are most welcome as our philosophy is based on the encouragement and endorsement of constructive criticism which we believe may help us reach new heights in guest satisfaction. We are ready and willing to do anything possible within our power to make our guests stay as happy and memorable as possible and this is proven by thousands of excellent Napa Plaza guest reviews. We are truly proud of our dedicated personnel, who watches over every detail to ensure our esteemed clientele receive the very best. We believe that our staff is one of the main reasons positively affecting our great position on TripAdvisor. Our teams successfully manage to orchestrate the experience we wish to offer to our esteemed clientele including yourself and we are dismayed to note they did not reach your expectations. To begin with, we sincerely apologize for the problem mentioned and I assure you that it is not a good representation of what we want to provide to our guests. As we live in a hot country, it is a possibility to encounter difficult situations, such as ants or cockroaches, which are sometimes also attracted by food or sweet leftovers. In order to deal with this problem with the highest effectiveness, we have a weekly scheduled pest control. Nevertheless, nothing was mentioned earlier than your last day with us, when our PR manager listened to you carefully and kindly offered you meal vouchers for the inconvenience caused. Please note that if you had mentioned your concerns during your days here, we could have done anything within our power to sort them out. We are dismayed to note you were disappointed by our cleaning services, as all rooms are every day being cleaned and inspected by our housekeepers. Regarding your comment about towels, kindly note that there are some rules regarding towel replacement, which are followed by the housekeepers. Towels that need to be changed should be placed on the floor, while towels hanged on the towel rail are not being replaced. Furthermore, the sheets are normally being changed every two days, except in case of a customer requiring the sheets to being changed on a daily basis. We do thank you again for honoring us with your stay and apologize for the inconveniences you dealt with. However, we sincerely believe that our hotel could have satisfied your requests and make you happy and thus also avoid such a negative review which we believe is unfair and does not do justice to our hotel and staff efforts. We sincerely apologize if the bars' loud music disturbed your quiet. However, kindly note that the hotel does a lot to avoid such situations, by being renovated every year and specifically by applying thicker glasses. Nevertheless, I would please ask you to mention that at the front desk next time so that we can move you into a less noisy room, as our goal is to keep our customers satisfied. We are sorry that you should get up early in the morning in order to find available sunbeds. We kindly request our guests not to leave towels or personal belongings as a way to reserve pool lounges, but sometimes we are unable to control situations like these. In addition, please note that our pool attendants would be more than happy to assist you finding an available sunbed. Dear sabrinaeee, Greetings from sunny Ayia Napa. First of all, let us thank you for choosing to stay with us. In regards to your first question the easiest way to get to our hotel is by taxi. We can arrange a taxi to pick you up from Larnaca airport and bring you to our hotel. The cost will be 55 euros one way. Just send us your flight details, you can find our email on our website.
