Hotel is well maintain rooms are clean and staff behavior was 👍 service was good location is very premium budget friendly hotel clean bedsheet and clean bathroom and clean pillow and perfect mattress and receptioninst behavior very good supper s dupper

Zero service smelling room...I stayed for only three hours for rest...no parking at all have to go three times as someone from staff asked bhaiya gadi hata dijiye ( as it was a street)...ac wasn't working complaint to manager he denied not to refund or partially refund nor no change the room...very bad experience stay dr at ur own risk

Made the booking through GO-IBIBO for this property- when I reached, found it to be at an extremely bad location, so bad that I was surprised that OYO has sponsored HUGE Branding money for this property. Property has small room sizes, and property is located in a very narrow lane, where a sewer/ gutter line flows just outside of the property. Property has space only for a single car parking. Guard shows no care to help you find parking.
But to my shock, the pathetic-ness of the property was quickly overshadowed by the arrogant attitude of the person managing the property.
I went to property around 3PM- and I announced my name to the person at front desk. Without any greetings- the first thing the front desk fellow tells me is I must modify the booking because he will not honor the pricing that I had paid. And that I must call and tell OYO that I want to modify the booking.
I argued that I only paid what was offered on the portal and that I had no control on the portal/website. I also told him that while I am Ok to pay little extra but I don’t want to spend time on the phone calling OYO/ GoOBIBO. He didn’t seem to bother at all and forced me to sort this out first..
And then I had to spend over an hour with OYO and GoIbibo to sort the mess.
Long story short- Property fellow saw me sitting in the car on the phone for an hour but made no attempt to come and help..?
Also, this property seemed to be frequented by young unmarried couples.
In the end, Manoj Kumar from OYO was very helpful as he found me another property- much better than the above and very close. . Deserves separate mention..
