Hi,
I have booked the hotel through OYO last month at Lucknow and paid full amount in advance and cancelled the booking immediately after knowing that it was booked wrongly for different date. Since 7th Sept' 19 I have been constantly following up for my refund for the booking cancellation done and wrote numbers of email to OYO team. However, there response was quite dissatisfying and after waiting for 1 month as per OYO refund policy refund processing time mentioned by OYO team was 7-14 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday my refund was not been credited to my account and when I inquired about it they have shared me some kind of reference id which was not valid when I checked with my Bank and revert back to OYO for the same but they were simply directing me refer the reference id only and have not provided and resolution of my refund yet after completing 40+ days of my follow ups at personal level with OYO team and coming up with same excuse again and again after submitting all relevant documents as per communication with OYO Guest Experience Manager Mr. Rahul Gaur. There is twist in this case with entry of another guy so called Guest Experience Manager Shafi in this case, he start repeating the same line and couldn't able to provide solution which is very shameful on entire OYO management.
OYO is just increasing the numbers in their portfolio but reality is something different and extremely ridiculous which is not accepted from the OYO who have bunch of unprofessional people around to handle and operate the business which is questionable again???
OYO being a corporate friendly mid budget segment hotels who operate business around the globe without business integrity and business ethics.

Senior OYO leadership team must be aware of all such frauds that is being happening with their regular customers and provide resolution to query raised with the TAT. May be my refund amount be less and I don't care if not get refund also but there should be transparent in transaction and communication by the team handling such complaints with quick resolution as I gone through stressful condition during this entire event. So i will definitely not recommend OYO all my colleagues and even my travel desk as it was a corporate booking through OYO rooms.
