Sono stato qui per 3 notti, struttura favolosa, le camere sono ampie e confortevoli con anche angolo cottura, piscina, palestra e saune all' ultimo piano con vista mozzafiato!! Prima colazione grandiosa con una offerta varia e abbondante! Posizione ottima a due passi dalla Canton Tower. Personale molto cordiale e Helpfull. Consiglio vivamente

Voy a poner una reseña larga ya que cuando vine no vi ninguna y estaba algo asustado. Para la Feria de Guangzhou es un hotel perfecto, completamente nuevo y con unos standards muy altos. Nosotros nos quedamos en un apartamento de dos dormitorios y fue perfecto. El apartamento tenía de todo, cocina, horno, lavavajillas, plancha, microondas, lavadora, utensilios de cocina... Los baños perfectos también, uno con bañera incluso, ambos con tapa de water estilo japonés, báscula de peso, secador de pelo... Las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas también, tienen un simulador de golf (los trabajadores no sabían usarlo aún ya que es nuevo, pero en 2 minutos estábamos jugando), sauna y baño turco al que entras con una taquilla donde dejar tus cosas, te dejan toalla, chanclas, gorro... La piscina es preciosa y bastante larga, unos 20m donde puedes nadar en la planta número 24 viendo los rascacielos de alrededor. Lo del jakuzzi es una pasada, esta en un vuelo exterior del edificio así que estas al aire libre, a unos 120m de altura viendo la torre de Cantón y el IFC, aun estaba cerrado cuando fui yo pero en breve lo abrirán. Tienen servicio de autobús a la Feria, con dos buses a la ida y dos a la vuelta. Lo único que para mi gusto fallaba un poco era el desayuno. Casi todo era estilo Chino, sopas, carnes con salsas, aliños.... Pero también había tortillas, frutas, pastelería...pero habiendo estado en varios hoteles 5* de Guangzhou, este me pareció el que tenía el desayuno más flojito. Además el hotel no tiene restaurante por lo que para comer o cenar tienes que irte fuera. A unos 10 minutos andando está el Pear Pier donde hay un restaurante americano Rocky Bar donde cualquier Europeo puede comer. No tiene autobuses ni metro cerca. En general es muy buen hotel para la feria.

Great hotel with great staff service and beautiful room. The receptionists are all so helpful and welcoming, in particular Ryan and Amy. They are very patient in explaining our queries on the facilities and nearby amenities. Checking in and making payment is easy and efficient. No issues encountered with payment.
The room is clean and huge, equipped with kitchenette and washing machine. It’s very convenient for both biz travelers and family vacation. The room cleaners are very friends too and responded to our requests quick. They also provide a nice high floor pool that oversee the Canton Tower and Pearl Delta River, awesome night view! There is a golf simulator room to practice your swings but you need to make reservations in advance.
Breakfast spread is good too, better than most hotels I’ve stayed in Guangzhou. The local canton noodle is a must-try.
Getting a taxi might be an issue but the door man is always there to help us.
Overall experience is good and memorable. Will be back again whenever I visit Guangzhou for the next Canton Fair, it’s near! For a night out, try Party area along the river, it’s walking distance away.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS - ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE & RIDICULOUS POLICIES
I'm writing this review as a warning to fellow travelers: stay far, far away from the Ascott Pazhou Guangzhou hotel. My recent experience was an unmitigated disaster, thanks to their atrocious customer service and convoluted payment policies.
Firstly, be prepared for a maze of 15 different policies regarding deposits, preauthorizations, and payments. It's like they want to confuse and frustrate you into submission. And don't even get me started on the "triple bogey" - a ridiculous policy that ensures you'll only receive a refund after 14 agonizing days.
But what really takes the cake is the hotel's customer service. Nonexistent, uncaring, and utterly unhelpful. They seem to take pride in ruining your trip, one bureaucratic hurdle at a time.
The entire experience was a masterclass in frustration, with no regard for customer satisfaction or basic human decency. The Ascott Pazhou Guangzhou hotel is a toxic, soulless establishment that will leave you feeling drained and disappointed.
*DO NOT RISK YOUR TRIP - CHOOSE ANY OTHER HOTEL*
In conclusion, avoid this hotel like the plague. Their policies are designed to exploit and confuse, while their customer service is an affront to the very concept of hospitality. You deserve better. Choose a hotel that actually cares about its guests. Not this place that has management and stuff that will ruin your entire visit to the city.
NB: At the time of writing this review, I have been waiting one hour in the lobby and there’s still no real assistance from the management , they are just laughing amongst themselves and ignoring what is going on.

One word : AMAZING 🫶 probably one of the best hotel/service apt we’ve ever stayed in. The room was very comfy and the appliances worked really well. But i have to give it up to the staffs, they’re all amazing. The bellboys, the front desks, even the housekeeping were incredibly nice and very attentive. Thank you to our front desk Amy, who has really helped us throughout everything, such a wonderful person! Amy, Ryan, all of the front desk are very helpful! It was lovely to meet you all!! The bellboys are also very attentive, they even helped us to call our taxi that stopped pretty far from where we were supposed to be picked up! We really appreciate it. The houskeepers are also very thoughtful, they came to our room to ask if there was anything that we needed more and gave us many amenities! Thank you to the 阿姨s!! We would definitely comeback in the future!! We would give you guys 6 stars if we could 😉
