We stayed in Yurt 1 with 3 small very well behaved dogs in June myself a wheelchair user and friend (carer) needed a 2 night break away from things and we were so happy to book a Yurt to stay in. We drove overnight so that we could enjoy Glastonbury Town before booking in, we were met by the loveliest lady who could not do enough for us to make sure that we would enjoy the stay and asked if we needed anything just to ask which was a perfect touch. The first night was amazing we were warm in the Yurt and slept well. The weather the next day was terrible and we went out for the full day around Glastonbury and surrounding areas and by the end of the day we were completely wet through, tierd and ready for a good night's sleep. However the group that were booked into the Bell Tent were in the mood to party all night and there was no way we could sleep, there were flashing lights, shouting and really loud music until nearly 3:30am and then we had a Thunder Storm start. We had a bad night and then a 6 hour drive home. It was a pretty bad end to a nice couple of days. Cannot fault the owners at all they are awesome, I'll make sure I book somewhere away from party goers next time.

I cannot explain the authentic, warm feeling I got from this place, like no site I'd been to before. Spent 3 nights here over a weekend, on a grass EHU pitch, great size with unspoilt views of the countryside! Its what some may see as basic (although, this is the only site we've used with proper electric showers, big plus!) but actually for us, that's what gives it its charm 😍 it has everything you need, including the jolly farmer bar..and jolly it was! Some fab music from Polly Perry on the Friday night 👌 The whole place has a real personal feel to it, great sunsets & views too! Oh, and the animals...just the best!

We spent a weekend at Sunnyhill campsite for the sunnyhilll music festival on August Bank Holiday weekend. We had a hard standing pitch with EHU which had amazing views. The campsite is in stunning grounds and Sandy and her team worked so hard making sure everyone had what they needed and that everyone was happy. I am a wheelchair user and nothing was too much trouble for them. There is also the opportunity to hire the yurts or Shepherds hut, or take your van/motor home or tent. The bands were all great! Especially 3 daft Monkeys! We didn't try the food but it did smell amazing. We mostly used the facilities in our van but my husband used the toilet block and said it was super clean and well kept. We plan on visiting sunny hill again and we most definitely be back for the music festival next year! Oh and dogs are allowed.
