Noting your feedback on the dirty duvet, our Executive Housekeeper is looking into a possible reason which may have caused this.
Also having had the opportunity to review your feedback regarding the room with our Front Office Manager, allow me to clarify as your room was an Ocean Front View, all beds are of King Size in this category.
Post noting your request for twin beds a room change was offered. To make up for your inconvenience the Front Office team offered you dinner vouchers which you kindly accepted.
However I understand this is far from the ideal scenario what you have expected and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience these matters may have caused you during your stay and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
