Dear Guest,
Your honest feedback is much appreciated. We notice your visit to our property was in Feb14 but however the review was posted only in October 14. A new management has taken over the property and plenty of improvements & refurbishment work have been done since then.
We are certain that your experience will definitely be much better on your next visit. Having said that we will look into all the areas highlighted and take corrective measures.
