La casa è molto grande e ben equipaggiata. E’ situata in una zona ben fornita di supermercati e locali dove mangiare e bere una buona birra. Comoda come punto di partenza per diverse mete. Molto gentile l’host che parla un perfetto italiano. Consigliatissima per visitare Glasgow.

Great Every Time
We always try to stay here when we go back to Scotland to see our folks and this was our third time. It's a really beautiful apartment, comfy and well equipped. Great location with train station and parking nearby and lots of shops and restaurants.

Absolutely loved it!
We stayed here for a week this summer and it was perfect. There were all the home comforts you could ever want in such a lovely place. Really easy for travelling into Glasgow or further afield, and Hamilton itself is lovely.
Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous
I booked this apartment for visiting family who live in the east end of Glasgow. Travelled with my 4 children. Fantastic location, frequent bus and trains to Glasgow. 15 minutes walk into Hamilton and restaurants and bars nearby. There is a large Sainsburys 5 minutes walk away with a mcDonalds which pleased my children. Hamilton water palace across the road and walking distance to the racecourse where we went to the ladies day. Also nearby is M and D's theme park with Amazonia rainforest, amusement and play area. Perfect for adults and kids alike. The apartment is very well equipped , with tv's, dishwasher, washing machine and jacuzzi bath (which we fought over every night!) We loved all the recessed lighting and the kitchen was fab to cook and drink wine and chat. Will return again next year

A home from home
Visited with 5 friends and had a lovely time. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware so the chef among us didn't want for anything. The whole property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens supplied. Great location, above the best Indian takeaway we've had in a long time and a stones throw from a car park so no worries there. We were visiting the area for a martial arts tournament and will hope to be back next year. x

The owner...
I booked this apartment on tripadvisor for my company, i travelled with 3 of my team to work not so far away in Strathaven.
So we arrive at the apartment enter the key box code and open the prison style metal door. The first thing i notice is a hand written sign by the thermostat stating if we are to touch this our damage deposit would be non refundable (this rang alarm bell in my head) slightly over the top and the touch of a button resulting in a £250.00 loss, laughable really. enter the lounge everything seem fine bedrooms ok to sleep in nothing to bad. come back to lounge in the evening and notice the sofa is slightly laid back almost like reclaimer, took no notice and carried on as usual. Arrived back home 2 days earlier than expected and received a call from the owner who lives in Italy stating we broke the "£3000.00" sofa in her lounge. i explained that the sofa was like this on our arrival and didn't seem untoward as we knew no different. The owner then files a complaint to trip advisor who didn't contact me about this and keeps the £250 damage deposit (i wonder how many times she's done this?" There is no proof the sofa was in good condition before our arrival, the owner lives in Italy and relies on feedback from her cleaning company, for all she could know they damaged the sofa or didn't notice the damage from a previous rental.
If you would like to stay in Hamilton at this apartment PLEASE BE WARNED the owner will do anything to make sure she keeps your £250.00 damage deposit.
I would also like to hear from anyone who stayed at this apartment, did you lose your deposit too? has the sofa really been changed due to the damage been un repairable!! BE WARNED STAY ELSEWHERE!

Deposits are always returned within max 48 hours of departure but unfortunately in this case, we withdrew the deposit from this guest because they completely wrecked our lovely sofa and refused to accept any responsability. The flat was thoroughly checked before their arrival and there were no damages.

Not right in the centre of town but a true home from home and very clean, spacious.
Free car park 100 metres down the road, 2 minutes from train station.

Home from home, great location
My husband and I stayed at this property recently and thoroughly enjoyed our week there. The flat is more like a house as it's on two floors and is very light and airy. It was very clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable as was the huge sofa in the living room. It was much bigger than expected. We really felt at home there
The location is fantastic, so close to shops, station, restauants and bars. We didn't need a car at all.
The owners were very helpful and gave us lots of advice, we will certainly be booking again for our next trip to the area.

CLEAN COSEY COMFORTABLE COME BACK OH YES!
The flat is in a great location for walking in Hamilton and taking the train or bus into Glasgow from where you can travel all around Scotland. It truly is a home from home, I travelled alone but would intend to return again with my family for a longer stay. Everything was immaculate and I felt cosey and at at home in every room. I particularly liked the raised dinning area, how well equipped the kitchen and dinning area was just beautiful and the log burner for the evenings with a glass of wine and a book smashing !.Having the bedrooms upstairs made you feel that you were in a house rather than a flat . I am from Hamilton and returned to visit family . I would like to have a wee bolt hole here and this flat is exactly the type of bolt hole I would like to have so if the owners ever think of selling I'm definately intersted !!! Thank you for a very lovely cosey comfy stay and I look forward to booking with you again .

Be aware you check for any damage on arrival
We were staying for a week and after we left were accused of breaking a glass cabinet door. 5 of us staying all new we did not cause the damage. The owners have cleverly put notes in the arrival sheet saying if you don't report any damage within 2hrs of arrival makes you basically liable. Be warned and put together a itinerary and take photos. We lost our whole deposit of £200 because the work conveniently came to this total.

I am very sorry for what happened but I can assure you that the flat was checked thoroughly before your party arrived and the doors were intact. I would also like to point out that you made no mention of the damage in the various emails between us during your stay, despite our request to report any damages immediately. I do believe however that the damage was caused by another member of your party before you, yourself, arrived as I believe you to be a trustworthy and honest person, otherwise I wouldn't have rented my home to you.
I understand your frustration but I do not accept that this should cause you to give us low ratings regarding the cleanliness of our home, the quality of the accommodation or the location. This is totally unfair. All our other guests have always been more than happy.
