Cet appartement, rue Réaumur, est parfait pour un séjour d’une semaine ou plus à Paris. Il est grand, moderne, bien meublé, bien situé. Deux chambres avec placards pleins de cintres - ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas -. Les fenêtres isolent parfaitement du bruit de la rue Réaumur. Une des chambres et le salon donnent sur la cour intérieure. La cuisine et la deuxième chambre donnent sur la rue Réaumur, mais ma fille n’a pas été dérangée par le bruit de la rue. L’autre avantage, c’est la proximité de la rue des Petits Carreaux, qui est piétonne. Beaucoup de restaurants avec terrasse, boulangerie, boucherie, etc. A deux pas de l’appartement,il y a une épicerie (qu’on appelle supérette en France) offrant tout ce qu’on a besoin pour se faire à manger. Bref, j’y retournerai sans hésiter.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was modern, clean, comfortable and quite. The location was very central, close to lots of restaurants, convenience store and the metro. Perfect for 2 couples.
Would not hesitate in recommending this place and in fact would stay here again.

50th Anniversary in Paris
Our scheduled France River Cruise was scheduled to end 3 days before our 50th Anniversary so i started researching vacation rentals in Paris to surprise my wife. Well, I love the TripAdvisor website!
After investigating several locations I found this perfectly located rental in the Montorgueil Area. Laurent was my POC and was very helpful in recommending several restaurants including the historical "Juliens" where we celebrated our 50th!
The street-side restaurants on Montorgueil Street made us feel like we were Parisians! We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at L'Escargot's (what's not to like about anything prepared in garlic!), dinner at Little Italy and several other fantastic meals.
My regular morning routine was to go get fresh pastries and a baguette to start the day. There was also a well stocked store 3-4 doors down the street.
My wife and i enjoy walking and were able to use Google Maps to walk to the Arc de Triomphe, Notre-Dame, Montmartre & Sacre-Coeur (the view of Paris was spectacular from the Dome), etc.
The Metro was literally right out the front door so the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, etc were easy to find.
The apartment was very well equipped and was very beneficial to have some meals/snacks in the apartment. The WiFi was strong and my wife was able to post to her Blog every evening without delay.
I could go on and on but I think you understand that we were very satisfied! I would personally like to thank Laurent again for all his help planning a very successful "50th Anniversary" surprise.

Beautiful modern apartment located in the heart of Paris’ tourist district. Definitely book if you can.
My family of four had a wonderful four day stay in Paris, and this apartment was a perfect fit for us. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. We were happy to find many fans and all necessary items, such as soaps, towels, and paper towel rolls. Also included were cleaning items such as a vacuum cleaner and a dustpan.
The apartment is 3 flights of stairs up, so do not stay here if the climb is too much.. This fourth floor apartment opens into the bright kitchen. It has a working induction stove top, as well as a roomy and powerful refrigerator. The kitchen leads into the dining room/living room. There are multiple chairs and a pullout couch. There are two bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and a shower, and one with 2 twins and a full bathroom. There is a powder room outside the bedrooms. The washer/dryer works well, and there is an included drying rack if necessary. The dryer takes a bit long to dry, but the drying rack solves this problem.
The location of this apartment is the greatest selling point. Staying in this apartment, we were a mere 30 second walk from a busy street lined with fresh food markets, cafes, restaurants, and boulangeries. With the unprecedented access to shops, our family was able to eat like true Parisians, buying fresh bread every morning and stopping at markets for fruit and any other necessities.
This apartment is definitely worth considering, with its clean modern design and superb location.

A wonderful place in Paris.
We have previously stayed in apartments in the same area & consider this to be the best. Have no hesitation in recommending it to those wanting to stay in the Montorgueil area.

Modern apartment in convenient Paris location
This apartment was fantastic for our 6 day stay in Paris. Travelling with my mother and sister, the size of the apartment was perfect and having two bathrooms was very convenient. The beds were really comfortable too! Everything else we needed was provided and we were really close to great dining options along Rue Montorgueil...what a wonderful pedestrianized street this is! Two supermarkets are only a few meters on same side or across the road which allowed us to buy other supplies for times we did not want to eat out. As I was travelling with my elderly mother, it was important to have a quiet and secure apartment and this certainly was both of those aspects. One thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, however we managed this without a problem. Booking this apartment through TripAdvisor was easy and Laurent (owner/manager) was very prompt with replies and helpful in answering any further inquiries we had. I would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a taste of Parisian apartment living, close to transport, restaurants and shops. I would definitely consider booking this apartment again next time I visit Paris.

Great stay/ great location
We had a wonderful trip and stay at this apartment for our 6 days in Paris. The location of this apartment is truly fantastic; some of the best food shops and restaurants are a stone’s throw from the apartment. My husband, 8year old daughter and myself were very comfortable here- and the metro stop couldn’t be any closer! Also a great little supermarket a few steps away. Don’t miss Boneshaker Doughnuts and Frenchie to go which are close by as well! Apartment was as advertised. 3 rd floor walk up but generous help was provided for the luggage. Laurent helped us to get a very sweet sitter for our adult night out. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, bright and modern (as advertised) flat ideally located
We stayed in this flat for three days and it was certainly the nicest of all flats we stayed in during our vacation in France (and none of them were dives) Laurent was very helpful, welcoming and easy to work with. This flat is located in a desirable part of the 2ième arrondissement. The apartment was very clean and modern. Très agréable! I would stay here again without question! It's only a two minute walk to the Sentier metro and about 5 minutes to the Réaurmur-Sébastopol metro. Very very convenient. There are many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Notre Dame, La Tour Eiffel, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, L'Arc de Triomphe, Galleries Lafayette, Le Primtemps, everything is a short metro ride from this apartment (Paris is big) and there are many places within walking distance. It's very well located. Very quiet, very secure. There are two showers, two toilets, two sinks, all done in modern finishes. A combo washer/dryer if need be. Two single beds and one full bed, plus a couch. So sleeping 2-5 people can be accommodated for, but check occupancy requirements with the owner first. I would recommend the Brasserie Les Petits Carreaux right around the corner as the service and food there is very good. Paris is amazing and wonderful. This apartment was a shot in the dark but turned out to be a bulls eye. Highly recommended! Would certainly stay again should I return to Paris in the future. Merci beaucoup, Laurent. Promenades (Parisian walks) : Marais and Place des Vosges, Centre Pompidou, Chatelet-Les Halles, Town Hall and rue Rivoli, banks of the Seine, Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame, Louvre museum, Pont des Arts, Quartier Latin and Saint-Michel, Grand et Petit Palais, Galeries Lafayette.. The area abounds with quaint shopping arcades, such as the Grand Cerf.
