We are sorry that you got this bad experience, but we would like you to understand that we cannot assume your mistakes. We are and were sorry that you confused your dates as we always try to help our guest changing dates when possible. You arrived at our hotel one day after your original booking date. Once the date has passed, please understand that we are not able to proceed with any refund or change your room, this is every hotel´s policy.
At your arrival, in order to help you and being empathetic we did offer you a 20 % discount, that you accepted.
We understand that being ungrateful with our colleague at reception, commenting how you didn’t like our city and threatening her on how would you go to every social media website to leave unfortunate and totally unrealistic comments about our room and hotel, are the result of your frustration.
On the other hand, this price of 300 euros, is the normal price for two nights in a four stars hotel in August in Cadiz city center.
We want you to understand that unfortunately the damage you have wanted to cause us with your comments will have no effect.
