we receive many positive reviews from our customers and we would like to apologize if your stay has not been up to your expectations. Regarding our restaurant service we inform you that it closes at 22.00 but we have our bar that can offer a selection of dishes until 1.00.
Thank you for the kind note on our breakfast staff, and we're sorry if something was not to your liking. Our housekeeping service knows perfectly well that they must take care of the things stored in the rooms. We are sorry for every possible misunderstanding.
In order not to want you to leave unsatisfied, our manager applied a discount of € 100.00 which, in percentage terms, at the cost of the room, had a good relevance. In addition, a free late check out at 6.00 p.m was granted.
