Excelente ubicacion, el depto forma parte de un antiguo Palacio!
Frente a la piazza Colonna, como dije en la descripcion, el departamento es atipico y forma parte de un edificio del siglo XVI, el palazzo ferrajoli. Ojo, no es de los pisos enormes y suntuosos que dan al frente, sino que esta ubicado en la cour, y estimo que lo han hecho departamento para rentar hace relativamente poco, y que antiguamente seria un deposito o lugar para servicio. Para pasar unos dias en Roma esta mas que bien, la ubicacion es fabulosa y si bien el departamento carece de lujo, la ubicacion y el saber que uno esta viviendo en un edificio con tanta historia, amerita la estadia.

Fantastic Apartment Close to Top Attractions
This apartment was absolutely perfect for our holiday in Rome. We stayed 5 nights with our two teenage daughters and couldn't have been happier. The apartment has plenty of living space, including reading nooks and a large screen TV (for World Cup viewing!). It also has a lovely terrace with lemon tree plants and a table with an umbrella to keep the sun off you. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable; although the wall side of the bed downstairs has a sloped ceiling, so if you are tall, don't sleep next to the wall! Katia, our contact person, was very welcoming and greeted us with a basket of local goodies representing Italy which we very much appreciated. She was also helpful in providing us with information about the area and offering assistance with tours and transportation.
One of our favorite things about the apartment is its location. It is directly across from good shopping on the Via Dell Corso, practically around the corner from the Pantheon, and a few short blocks from the excitement of the Trevi. It is also an easy walk to the Capitoline Museum, Colosseum, Forum, and Trajan's Column. The Spanish Steps are a short walk away too. In the evenings we enjoyed the fun atmosphere of the Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiori. This location cannot be beat!

Amazing location in the heart of Rome!
Loved our apartment in the very centre of all the Rome attractions! On your doorstep is the Piazza Colonna with the beautiful column of Marcus Aurelius in front. Within a couple of hundred metres is the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, tons of restaurants and bars and a bit further, but still within easy walking distance, the Colosseum, Spanish Steps etc. The apartment is very quirky being around 600 years old and has a lot of nice features including a large terrace at the back where we sat every evening before dinner having cheese and wine! The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable and amazingly quiet considering the location. Couple of points to note is that the upstairs bedroom is up some small, steep stairs which may be a problem for some and that the terrace doesn't really get any sun (at least not when we were there). The communication with the management company beforehand was excellent and the manager who met us at the apartment, Triziana was lovely and very helpful. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend this apartment for the location and if you like old apartments with lots of charm, albeit a bit rough round the edges which you would expect from a property this old.
