Très bien situé, le cadre est magnifique, le personnel très agréable et à l'écoute, il ne nous laissera que des bons souvenirs de notre séjour !

S'il fallait trouver un petit point à améliorer c'est l'accès au parking...

Nous avons repris cette hôtel pour la 4ème fois, et nous en ressortons jamais déçu. Il est bien placer, un personnel a l'écoute et très sympathique. Un petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Une source sûr a Turin. Et gros + il accueil les chiens :).
Nous les remercions encore pour la petite attention lors de notre séjour pour nos 7 ans de vie commune avec ma conjointe.

L’emplacement est idéal, l’hôtel est magnifique, sur 5 étages, avec beaucoup de baies vitrées et une terrasse avec une vue sur la Mole. Chambre très confortable et calme, buffet de petit-déjeuner au top, salle de sport magnifique sous les toits, personnel au petit soin.
Vraiment rien a redire sur cet établissement!

Beau bâtiment, très bien placé, l accueil
un peu limite, la réceptionniste n était pas gracieuse,mais les autres membres du personnel ça allait, le petit déjeuner super et les chambres spacieuses.Par contre,grosse déception sur la décoration de Noël totalement inexistante, pas une guirlande, pas une boule de Noël, pour un mois de décembre c est dommage.

This is kindly to inform you that traditionally, in Piedmont, we decorate for Christmas on the 8th of December, actually the hotel is immersed in the Christmas atmosphere. We have a giant Christmas tree, snow projection in the inner courtyard and delicious Christmas songs as atmosphere music.

l'emplacement est très bien et le cadre aussi, la literie de bonne qualité. Par contre pour tout le reste nous avons été très déçu pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Le personnel pas sympathique et désagréable. Problème de disponibilité de place de parking à l'arrivée, lorsque nous avons voulu allez au restaurant le soir c'était complet donc on nous a dit qu'il fallait faire du room service, nous avons pris un apéritif au bar nous avons eu notre 1ere consommation et la 2ème nous l'attendons toujours!!!! nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits mais pour des raisons familiales importante nous avons été dans l'obligation de rentrer 1 jours plus tôt mais nous avons été obligés de payer la 3ème nuit quand même, nous n'avons pas trouvé çà très commercial et de là nous demandons à discuter avec le manager de l'hôtel et la réceptionniste nous indique qu'il n'y à pas de manager présent à l'hôtel. Nous insistons auprès de la réceptionniste pour voir une personne de la direction et la 2 minute après le manager apparait!! donc en fait le manager était bien présent à l'hôtel mais la réceptionniste faisait barrage pour pas qu'on le voit.

As you confirmed the location of our property, is ideally located in the heart of the city, facing one of the most beautiful square of Torino.
Thank you for your comments regarding the Team behavior, I will certainly share your comment with the Staff, I assure you that the perception you had is not up to our standards and we always do our best to maintain high level of service.
This is kindly to inform you that we do have a small internal garage, about 30 places for 160 rooms. For your next visit to Torino, I strongly recommend you to contact our front desk prior arrival, in order to book a parking space.
Furthermore, our gourmet restaurant, Carlina Restaurant & Bar, is now a very well known and trendy restaurant in the city. In fact, it may happen that the restaurant is full on Saturday evening, even in this case, I suggest you to call the hotel in advance and book your table at the desired time.
Like the Receptionist told you, the General Manager was out of the office during the week end; so the Manager on duty during the weekend, who was at the reception during your check-out, applied the correct rules of your contract which involves the payment of all nights despite the early departure.
