First of all, thank you for taking the time to sharing your experiences with us. The satisfaction of our guests is of utmost importance to us, and we are glad that you have taken the time to inform us about your stay. This enables us to keep an even closer check on the operation of our hotel.
It is very unfortunate to read that the size of the room was not living up to your expectations. Our hotel consists of three historical buildings and therefore, all the rooms are unique in their size. Also, as a city hotel it is difficult to provide all our guests with a nice view, but we can imagine that your needs were not met in this case.
We apologize for the discomfort that you have experienced and would like to remind you once again that you that you can always contact our reception for anything. We would have been happy to help you find another room and solve the problem immediately.
We have recently renovated all our rooms and with this we are trying to maintain the cosy and urban ambiance that we like to create in our hotel. We are sorry to hear that you missed the charm and did not feel the atmosphere as we had hoped. We think this is a personal option but nonetheless, we apologize for the experience.
However, we would like to thank you for your compliment about our staff. We work with a lot of passion and enjoyment to make sure all our guest leave with warm memories. As our hotel is growing in such a rapid pace, we have to extent our team as well. Therefore, things might not go as quick or smoothly as you had hoped for but we are doing our utmost to train everyone the best we can, and we hope for your understanding.
