A perfect stay at a spacious and nicely decorated villa. You can tell that the owners are architects as the all the details are very well thought. Nice large infinity pool and lots of places that offer shade also during the hot summer months. Gorgeous views to the Umbrian hills and Todi, could not have asked for a better stay!

Thank you so much for your amazing review! I'm glad you had a perfect stay and that you've loved the villa. It is a perfect combination of ancient architecture and elegant/contemporary interiors, and the views are so beautiful. This is one of our most reqested holiday villas, together with similar villas in the surroundings.

Beyond our expectations! Photos don't do the villa justice!
The villa is beautiful, private and the view—AMAZING! Every room was uniquely appointed and the property well-maintained. Both Luana and Sylvia, the property manager were prompt and professional and ever so helpful with restaurant suggestions and recommendations for day-trips and outings. It was a dream vacation!

You wrote in the title that photos don't do the villa justice. Photos were taken later in the afternoon on September and probably don't show all the real brightness of the interiors and the beautiful garden with flowers that guests can appreciate from June to August. I'll consider to take new photos. Your opinion is very helpfull!

A beautiful farmhouse in a stunning location!
My family spent our vacation last fall in this beautiful farmhouse. We had a very memorable experience here and highly recommend it to others. The farmhouse is a 17th century gem overlooking rolling hills with beautiful views of nearby Todi. There are several places on the property to enjoy the scenery, including a wonderful patio area where we sipped wine and watched the sunset. The weather was warm enough to use the pool, which is close to the patio area.
The farmhouse is incredible! It is so spacious and beautifully decorated. You could tell that someone took great care restoring the home and lending an artistic touch to every room. We especially loved the exposed wooden beams and the cozy fireplace in the living room. The home has a lot of amenities, including a washing machine (a must for long stays in the countryside), and a lovely kitchen where we cooked several Italian dinners with fresh ingredients from the nearby market .
Although we spent a lot of time at the house, we took several day trips to nearby towns. We used our rental car as well as the train system to visit Todi (a gorgeous medieval hill town that you can see from the house), Spoleto, Perugia, Assisi and Norcia, and Castelluccio. We highly recommend day trips to these towns, especially Assisi to see the magnificent church of St. Francis. We also suggest taking the scenic drive through Norcia up into the mountains to Castelluccio. The scenery is breathtaking - I think we took over a hundred pictures along the way.
Our stay here was so magical that we hope to visit again next year. The reservation and check-in process were easy and the property manager was very helpful and personable. We can't wait to return! Thank you for an exceptional stay in your home!
