Dear Manuel Mocquery, Thank you for your review. I was unaware you were unhappy during your stay so I am glad you have pointed out these issues to me. I have looked into your complaint. I have viewed your original reservation on the Booking.com website. You reserved a Standard Triple room for 2 nights. You did not include breakfast in your reservation. The room you received was a Standard Triple Room, which was correct. Should you return, I recommend our Superior Rooms which overlook the town square but they cost a little more. When you asked our Receptionist about upgrading to a Superior Room, she noted there was a Superior Room available for the first night of your stay, but not the second night. Consequently she could not move you. Sorry about that. I note your comments about the cost of breakfast. We charge €12 on check in for breakfast, which I think is very good value as it includes a hot cooked to order meal together with a full cold buffet table of cereals, juices, breads, yogurts, fruits, etc. I hope you will visit again, but for best value, please book directly with the Hotel and reserve a Superior Room, including breakfast.
