Also, I really appreciate your kind words about the design of your room I am proud that we were able to provide you such quality.
However, I regret to hear that you were not fully pleased with your stay and I am deeply sorry that we were not aware of it. Furthermore, I apologize about the situation with the change of the towels as these are our policies and I am sure that the maid in charge wanted the best for you. On the other hand, of course we will reach out the housekeeping manager in order to avoid situations like these.
