I do apologize that you lost your air pods during a very busy hockey weekend here at the hotel. I did speak with someone who inquired on your behalf today who said, according to your locator application, that the air pods were still on property. The entire staff re-searched the room you were in, the pool, the hallways, the breakfast area and the meeting room where your group congregated. We also searched employee lockers, including the one of the housekeeper who did your room and who was not on property today. We have not been able to locate the pods. Not knowing the radius of your application, if they were lost in the parking garage or possibly fell in the trash, they may be un-retrievable. I was awaiting a call back to explain this to your translator. Again my apologies and hopefully they will turn up at some point.
