We are sorry to hear that your experience with us did not live up to your expectations. We apologize that the photos on our website were misleading and did not accurately represent the state of the room you were provided with. However, we are pleased to inform you that we are expected to begin renovations for our common areas mid-2023 and our rooms are expected to begin in early 2024. As for our minibar, we are planning on bringing back this service very soon, our hotel has only re-opened back in November 2021. Since then, we have been working very hard to bring back all services as well as our staff. The Nespresso machines are available upon request, if you do give us the pleasure of hosting you again, please do not hesitate to request one. Regarding the terrace, we apologize for any confusion, as you are likely referring to the photos of our Terrace Suites. We do not have a terrace/rooftop opened to the public. We are also disappointed to hear that the breakfast did not meet your standards, sadly, we do not offer a buffet. Unfortunately, this is very common in New York City. However, we are pleased to inform you that the Breakfast Package is no longer limited to the Continental Breakfast, the $37 USD can now be used as a credit towards any item on the breakfast menu. We are always looking for ways to improve our guests experiences, and we appreciate your feedback on this issue. We sincerely apologize for any lack of warmth or personalization in our staffs service, as we pride ourselves on delivering personalized service.
