Fantastic Location
We are a family of 4, 3 adults and one teenager. The apartment is in a great location. It is very close to the beach, in a quiet residential area with restaurants near by. A particular favourite of ours was La Maina. The apartment met all our needs, lovely and clean and the beds were comfortable with air con and fans available if needed. The apartment has a good sized balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view. The pool was exceptional, great size, plenty of garden space to sunbath and lovely and warm. As the apartment is set in a residential block we had sole use of pool during the time we went on holiday. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay in this apartment again. Great communication with the owner.

La Veleta Puerto Pollenca
Lovely 2 bed apartment with distant sea views ... just fabulous. Good size balcony Well equipped home from home. Owners - Jamie and Cati - both very lovely and helpful. WiFi worked perfectly. Pool lovely. Great location 20 minute walk along the seafront to the centre of Puerto Pollenca. Bus Stop 2 minute walk. Criticisms are that externally the building is not aesthetically pleasing, and the car park underneath the building is visible from around the pool and looks a little bit hostile. My teenage daughters loved the pool, as empty most of the time, a nice size, and the sun stayed around the pool til 6.30-7pm.

Excellent accommodation
Very helpful owners.. apartment was clean, spacious bright and airy. Ample room for 4 guests.. good size balcony with partial sea views. Own wash room and lots of utensils in the kitchen. 20 minute walk to the port, nearest supermarket 10 minute walk.. beach almost over the road. Pool was wonderful and gardens well kept... some rules needed abided (eg, no inflatables in pool, pool use 9am-9pm) assuming this was in aid of long term residents which is fair. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back! Nothing to fault! Beautiful apartments in a good location. Thank you!

Great apartment in a great location
With apartments short on the ground in Port Pollenca due to the enforcement of properties with a tourist licence, it was great to find this one which met our needs. Great location in Llenaire, close to the beach plus a limited sea view. There is air con only in the main room, which we did not need in June but suggest a least 1 fan would help in the hotter months. Pool and gardens were perfect and we had this area almost to ourselves.

Lovely apartment
Stayed in this apartment in early June 2017. Apartment was very clean & tidy throughout. Had all the necessary appliances for a self catering holiday including WIFI which I think had only recently been installed. In a nice quiet part of town but not too far away that you feel isolated. Plenty of parking outside if you are hiring a car. The pool is lovely and refreshing and very quiet, we had it to ourselves most days. Would happily return!

Great apartment new well equipped fitted kitchen with everything you need for a self catering holiday.Comfortable lounge to relax in .Very clean and tidy through out.Nice pool area.Short walk to beach and a few bars,parking right outside apartments. Really nice helpful owners.

Nice apartment. Really good location with beach and restaurants close by. Owners helpful. Well equipped. Would have liked wifi and some additional towels but managed with washing machine and sun would recommend.

Family friendly, clean and good value.
I stayed here with my partner and 2 young children. This apartment is steps from the beach, you can see the sea from the balcony. The pool was well maintained and not busy although it is shared by 11 apartments most of the time there was no one else there or just one other family. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We had a couple of small issues in the beginning which Jamie sorted out straight away. Just help with fixing a blind and the air con. There is no wifi at this apartment but there is a restaurant around the corner where you can use wifi. The apartment is in a great location at the top end of the beach. We walked to the beach most days and also enjoyed the pool. We did hire a car as we stayed elsewhere as well. At this location you would not necessarily need a car its easy to get a taxi if you need it and everything is in walking distance. We did not spend much time at this apartment as if was nicer to eat out and enjoy the location.

Nice location, pleasent owner but disappointing amenities
Accommodation good, but amenities need updating, particularly in kitchen. Absence of wifi a real disappointment.
