The trees separating each property mean that it feels like you have total privacy.
What could be better? Well, the beds are average, and it would be helpful to have a simple manual to cover all of the essentials when you arrive (such as working the a/c, where to hire bikes etc).
Overall, a very impressive house in a well thought out and executed development. Perfect for our long weekend break. We would happily recommend this to anyone wanting a get away in a beautiful natural surrounding with lake views and we will definitely consider coming back..

A wonderfully peaceful gated community with an on sight spa. Great distance from many local attractions and within easy reach of Chelmsford and Oxford. We spent lovely quiet days on the lake, in the lake and around the lakes. The access to the spa gym and pool was an added bonus the family enjoyed and the ability to book treatments was taken up with pleasure. We enjoyed what the nearby villages had to offer and used the public footpaths for some easy country walks.

We had a wonderful stay at this property recently. The property was in a great location with plenty to do for families. Communication with the owner was great. We wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Beautiful place
This place is heaven on earth. We had a fabulous 4 day family break and was a wonderful getaway
