The apartment is situated next door to the world class Golf course of Finca Cortesin and opposite Casares Golf close to shops, restaurants, banks, bus stops and a taxi rank. The wonderfull beach at Casares is only 2 minute drive away or for the more energetic a 10 - 15 minute walk away. Our Apartment is perfect for Golfers, Sun Lovers or those in need of fun & relaxation in the coastal part of the Costa Del Sol. On the spacious 80 sq mtr roof terrace you can enjoy al fresco dining, sun bathing or just sit & relax watching the sun go down. there is also a smaller terrace off from the living room where you can enjoy morning coffees or evening drinks Bedding and Towels are provided (beach towels not included) En suite Bathroom comprising of sink/bath/shower/lavatory/bidet 2nd bathroom comprising of sink/shower/lavatory Please note both bedrooms are currently set up as twin rooms but the single beds can be pushed together to form a double if required. The historical village of Casares is a 10 -15 drive up into the mountains with superb views along the way. There are places to stop en route to take in the breath taking sights. Also there are plenty nature trails/walks ideal for the more energetic. The town of Sabinillas is less than 5 minutes by car here you can find plenty of good restaurants , shops and supermarkets Estepona is a short 10 minute drive east While the centre of Marbella is a 20 minutes drive away & Puerto Banus 15 minutes drive away also easterly The beautifull port of La Dequesa is only a five minute drive west, and the outstanding Puerto Sotogrande is only a 15 drive west Gibraltar is a 25 minute drive Malaga Airport 1 Hour Gibraltar Airport 25 minutes Car hire is recommended but not essential Airport transfers are available at cost from both Gibralta and Malaga A visitors book is available and we would welcome any comments that may help improve your stay and other guest in future. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful apartment with us. The contact from the owner is spot on, I really do not think it is possible to ask for more. The apartment is spotless and modern but homely, love the addition of the twinkle lights on the lower balcony! It seriously has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! The surrounding areas of Sabinillas and Duquessa are full of fantastic restaurants and bars. In sabinillas i would recommend La Casita tapas restaurant and Mcguinness' irish bar, especially their Wednesday night quiz. There is an amazing ice-cream parlor just along from McGuinness' which is open til late. Duquessa I would recommend el capitano Italian, Chili (Mexican/Indian) and Slowboat to china all amazing food and really great prices!! Days out are plenty although chilling by the pool is great too. The pool area is never overly busy and the lifeguards are great and helpful. Gibraltar is a must! Even just for the 1lt of Smirnoff vodka for £5.95! We like to just go and walk along the high street and soak up the atmosphere. Bahia Park water park is by far the best waterpark i have ever been to. It has something for everyone, is very easy to get to...exit 106 off the A7...and its great prices. We booked online the day before and it was €66 for a family of 4 and the only extras on top are €6 for beds and €5 for lockers. You can take all your own food and drink too. The roman baths which are just straight up the road from the lidl are fab too. You smell them before you see them but they are lovely and refreshing and free but DO NOT LEAVE YOUR JEWELLERY ON!!! the sulpher strips the rhodium plating.... Back to the apartment though. I seriously can not imagine going elsewhere. Its secure, spacious, the air con is a dream!! And the furnishing is stylish but extremely comfortable. Car hire is a must to get the benefit from this wonderful location but the underground car park is great, once you work out your angles lol! Thank you again Gary and Dawn we had another amazing holiday and will definitely be back.

We have holidayed in the Costa del Sol for many years so know the area well. The apartment was really easy to get to and directions were great (although we did miss the 153 exit not for the 1st time!) Bob and Suzanne met us at the apartment and were really helpful in advising us of nice places to visit and eat. We were only staying for 3 nights but it was perfect and would be fantastic in the better weather as the roof terrace was great. It was nice having the terrace off the living room too which gets afternoon sun. The welcome pack is the best we have ever had and was very much appreciated as we arrived on Sunday and no supermarkets were open - a really nice touch! The only negative we had is that the living room was dusty and the kitchen a bit worn but overall a really great apartment within easy driving distance to Duquesa, Sotogrande and Estepona.

Great location if you like golf and walking in the hills or along the beach like we do. Accommodation ideal, with roof sun terrace used even in winter, WiFi and British tv . Our third time at property so would definitely recommend.

The apartment and complex is excellent. Beautifully furnished with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. The children loved the pool and the roof terrace with the BBQ made the holiday. Fantastic extra items like the use of big beach bag, inflatables and the great welcome pack made this the easiest holiday ever. The only downside is you really need a car but with transport the location could not be better, central and within easy reach of both Malaga and Gibraltar. Great information provided and a local rep is a call away if needed. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Friday 22nd June 2018 - Friday 29th June 2018 Thank you Gary and Dawn for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home in the sun. We arrived via Gibraltar airport and collected our hire car from just over the boarder in Spain. The drive to the apartment was roughly 20-25 mins. It was very handy being able to park the hired car in a secure underground designated parking space and gave us peace of mind that it would be safe there. The apartment was lovely and had pretty much everything you could possibly need and is very well looked after, we loved spending evenings sitting on the roof terrace and did enjoy a bbq. We never had a problem getting 3 sun loungers together at the pool, there are plenty available. The walk to the Marina is not a bad walk but the return journey, in the heat, is tiring however you do walk past a taxi rank, so it was tempting to grab a cab for the last part of the walk back, but we resisted and got the exercise in stead. Absolutely fabulous place to stay and with the use of a car it's easy to drive to Marbella or further, and doesn't take long to get used to driving on the right hand side of the road. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to return again.

Great place to stay, large sun terrace very well furnished. Inside the apartment you have everything you need to have a really good holiday. Owners and there representatives do everything to make it a relaxing place to stay. So good that we are going back later in the year and booked again for next year.

Gary’s Apartment was great, very clean and an exceptional welcome pack was gratefully received. There is a huge roof terrace for barbecues and whole apartment was well equipped with great WiFi and TV entertainment. The estate is security guarded with barriers, left our rental vehicle outside our block as it was so safe, there is an underground car park area if you need it. Very professionally run by Gary, with good directions to find apartment, and Suzanne and Bob met us and showed us around, they were both available for any problems, but we had no issues, everything was great. We have stayed in this area before but first time I’m this apartment over Christmas and New Year and enjoyed our time. Great for golfers, as Caseres Golf is just across road, also within walking distance is Arturos Brasserie for exceptional meals, also a Gym that I use. Will use again when in the area. Thanks Gary.

Fantastic apartment very helpful owners stayed in contact from the time we booked right up to our stay The apartment is very clean and has everything you need the roof top terrace is amazing and adds an extra living space which we made full use of.only a 5 min drive into town where theres some lovely restaurants and bars Definitely be booking again very soon

When you approach the complex you’ll be reassured by massive iron security gates, operated by your key fob and a guard in a security hut. There’s secure underground allocated parking and an adjacent store room with inflatable pool toys and other toys for the kids to use. A lift or some stairs take you to ground level. This luxury, air conditioned 1ST floor apartment, is privately owned, hence it feels just like home from home. It’s furnished to a high standard. The lounge is spacious and includes dining table ‘n’ chairs, large LCD TV, satellite, DVD and even a laptop. There really is everything you might need. The kitchen is specious and fully fitted with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and microwave. There are two twin bedrooms, one is en-suite, and another separate shower room. There’s a very spacious roof terrace with a dining area, parasol, patio furniture, sun beds, hammock and even a gas fired BBQ that we used twice. The complex includes a large pool area with a separate baby pool and plenty of sunbeds, and there’s always two lifeguards in attendance. Highly recommended.
