Interaction avec les clients: Our house keeper and key holder live locally and will be available to help should you encounter any problems whilst at the property. They will meet you on arrival at the property to hand over the keys and show you around. You are also welcome to email us or call us whilst you are away if you need any information or have any queries.
We had a really lovely break at this apartment. It is much larger than we had anticipated and in an ideal location to relax or explore the area.
The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you would need, whether you are just making breakfast, lunch or for a full meal service. The utility area is handy if you need to do laundry.
The lounge has two very comfy leather sofas and should you wish to watch TV, it offered all the English channels.
Both bedrooms are large with the master having a huge bed and doors to the terrace. Both bathrooms were a good size too.
The terrace was much bigger than others offer, with outside dining table and chairs and then an additional area for coffee table and seating. The countryside views were lovely and you could also see the sea in the distance, which was a bonus. We flew into Malaga and hired a car, which took us about 1hr via the AP7 (toll road), but went back on the A7 which was only about 15 mins longer.
We spent half the days exploring - Estepona, Casares village, Duquesa, Sabinallas and Sotogrande - we didn't drive further than 15mins and the rest of the time around the pool or on the beach, where we utilised the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas that are on offer.
We did walk down to the nearest beach and coast area. which took about 15 mins and if you wanted, you could walk along the paseo, if a bit fitter than us!
You do need a car here, but the advantage is you are in a quiet location, but not far from the highlights of this region.
We will be booking again!

El apartamento está genial desde La Cocina hasta los dormitorios , todo estaba muy limpio y con todas las comodidades necesarias . Zona muy tranquila y el sitio estupendo , la terraza espectacular nos ha encantado . Lo recomiendo .

Apartamento perfecto en un lugar tranquilo
El apartamento es perfecto: exacto a las fotos, bien amueblado, decorado con gusto, cocina muy bien equipada, ropa de casa en perfecto estado, terraza espectacular y con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta, en un lugar muy tranquilo donde el coche es necesario. Era justo lo que nosotros queríamos. Linda, la propietaria muy amable y Angela la persona que nos recibió allí, un encanto. Con nuestro poco ingles y su castellano nos hemos entendido perfectamente. La zona tiene playas buenas y muchísimas cosas que ver: no hay que perderse Casares un pueblo espectacular en la sierra a muy pocos kilómetros del apartamento. Hemos vuelto a casa encantados.

Hi spec lovely apartment with a lovely terrace
This is a large 2 bedroom apartment finished to a high standard, and well equipped. A huge master bedroom and large living areas. Quiet and peaceful complex but with good occupancy around so you dont feel like you are on your own especially out of the main season. Beautiful gardens and well kept pool area and just a short walk to the lovely local Brasseries for bar, restaurant, golf and gym facilities. We'll be back ..

Relaxing stay
This apartment is a great find. As the other reviewers have said the pictures don't do it justice. It has a lovely terrace that's great for sitting out on for meals at any time of day. The electric hot plate was amazing. I love BBQs but this was so simple to use, 2 minutes and you could start cooking. The kitchen was also really well equipped which is not always the case with rentals. Handy to have the Brasserie just a couple of minutes away for drinks or food.
The bedrooms are very comfortable and the showers are great. There is air con as well as roof fans. Even though it was hot through the day the building has been well designed and we did not need to use the air con.
It's only a km to the beach nearly. The local town is lovely with great restaurants and the nearby marina has many more. The beach is never busy as it's so long.
Great area and want to go back!

What a fabulous apartment. We have an apartment in the complex across the road at Casares Del Sol and wanted another one close to allow family over, this place was perfect. Beautifully appointed with everything you could need and possibly the most comfy bed I've slept in away from home. Would struggle to find anything negative about this apartment, I don't think the pictures/description do it justice. Great location just far enough away from the town etc to feel like you're away from it, very peaceful sat on the balcony which was covered which meant sitting there on the warm evenings was very pleasant without the sun beating down on you but close enough for a good walk or short drive with the bonus of the Brasserie being a couple of minutes walk if you wanted a cheeky drink on the veranda or newly opened cocktail bar.
Shared pool is quite small with not much space around it for sitting with no sun loungers provided (chairs available in apartment if you want to carry them), this didn't bother us as we like the beach and was perfectly fine for a couple of hours before heading onto wherever we were going.
Owner (Linda) was very helpful and answered any queries we had very promptly.
Will definately hope to go back again, just have to hope that it's available when we need it.

beautiful apartment
The pictures of this apartment do not do it justice it is so much nicer , beautiful view from balcony and everything you could need from cool box to coffee machine .
Everything in the apartment is off a very high standard and immaculately clean i would highly recommend this apartment to both couples or a family , Really beautiful apartment , thanks to both Angela (apartment manager) and Linda (owner) nothing was ever to much trouble, we look forward to a return visit .
