Just returned from a 10 night stay , what a lovely property, had everything we needed and more , comfortable beds plenty of storage space the advert doesn't do it justice, my children loved the pool area as described it was a short walk to the beach etc.
Good times had by all .

Great Apartment, Great Location
Marina, Sabinillas all within easy reach. Apartment is well kept with great view of the pool, golf course and the sea. Definitely one to visit again!

Beautiful apartment!
Our family had a wonderful time staying here. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious, situated in an excellent area close to the main Marina and beaches. The communal pool was also clean and well maintained. We will definitely return!

Best Ever Apartment
South facing fab apartment . Furnishings and bathrooms lovely and modern, super wifi, great location and nice pool . Cant wait to return this year.

Abbiamo preso questo appartamento per 4 giorni nella nostra vacanza in Andalusia.
Veramente bello e comodo vicino al mare, con piscina pulita con una bellissima vista sui campi da golf.
Il nostro appartamento aveva 3 camere da letto 3 bagni cucina salotto 2 meravigliose terazze.
Consigliatissimo!

Fantastic apartment
Stayed here for 2 weeks last week in may first week in June .fantastic apartment everything you need was there.very spacious and modern.Beautiful views over pool and golf course from balcony.Sunshine on balcony from morning to night amazing.Just a short walk to port where there's plenty of bars and restaurants had a great time and will definitely be returning next year .

Little gem of an apartment
Just back from 8 days spent here. Complex is very clean and tidy.
Apartment is modern and there is everything in it. Balcony has sun on it all afternoon, could not fault the apartment
Wifi very poor.... Couldn't depend on it.
If you want a sun bed by the pool be prepared to be up early, as towels were laid out on all beds by 9am and then left there all morning, as guests didn't arrive down until after lunch.

The Wi-fi system services the whole complex ...so currently not great if a lot of users on at the same time! We are however, installing our own dedicated HighSpeed WI-FI in September 2016...so that should sort wi-fi issues out.
People reserving beds is against community rules ...and I know that during peak periods the Community are now removing towels and refusing persistant offenders access to the pool area ...so hopfully this is now resolved... the pool area has plenty of beds so should be no issues with bed availabilty providing rules are followed/enforced.

What a find.....Fabulous....A+++
Stayed in Almadraba Golf, apartment 227 for 19 days. A gem of a find and I could not rate this accommodation higher.
1) Location, in quite location, overlooking the pool and golf course. really peaceful and quite, sit on the balcony and relax with sun setting.....Bliss. Only a 5 min walk to the port where you have a number of various types of restaurant's and bars...to suit everyone's taste. I would recommend the Mexican or Café III. The beach is also only 5 min walk, with a choice of areas, to the left of the port, a little busy with more to do....to the right of the port, a little more peaceful and relaxing...either way, if you like the beach you won't be disappointed.
2) Facilities, The complex has a fabulous pool with beds, umbrella's & toilets with a secure fence around it, to stop the kids entering, unless with an adult. Its maintained to a very high standard. All entrances to the complex are locked by gates and you need your keys to enter, really feels safe & secure. The apartment had its own private underground car park, easily accessible from the apartment by stairs or elevator.
3) The apartment, Clean and spacious living room, well equipped kitchen and utility room, the bedrooms were bright and both are en-suite, one has a balcony overlooking the pool. The main balcony off the living room overlooking the pool was the highlight for me, spacious, clean with the sun all day, table with 4 chair's, a sun lounger...brilliant place to end the day with a glass of wine or beer.
The TV had sky news and the internet was sufficient for e-mails and Facebook or whatever teenagers are into these days....
Overall I couldn't fault the complex or apartment...its a gem and can't wait to return in the near future.

Fantastic apartment, great location and very well stocked
We stayed here for a week whilst property hunting ourself. the apartment was ideally located to Duquesa Marina and local shops/restaurants only a short stroll away. A lovely little pool area which we largely had to ourself and the weather was 27 degrees every day even in October. The apartment was more than big enough for 2 adults and 3 small children. The owner was very communicative before our stay and has been kind enough to forward on a few items left behind by mistake. the wider complex is very well looked after and secure. The balcony was even overlooking to pool (although not too close so as to get noisy) this meant we could keep an eye on the kids in the pool but still relax in the apartment. We arrived very late at night and left very early in the morning - both of which were accommodated with no fuss by the local agent. The apartment was clean and tidy and well stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely go back and would not hesitate to recommend.

Great apartment and complex, everything you need ideally Located
We stayed in this apartment in April 2014, the apartment has everything you need and it is ideally located, Ray the owner is extremely helpful. The complex is secure and clean with a great pool and only a 5 minute walk to the Beach and Marina, with all the bars and restaurants you could need. Only a 5 Minute walk to the Spanish town of Sabanillas or 10 minutes if you decide to walk along the beachfront, Sabanillas has many bars and restaurants along the beachfront promenade and also children’s play areas. We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and family and will be returning again year after year.
