BEDROOMS - There are 6 bedrooms. - ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - TV is offered in 5 rooms.  - All rooms have queen-sized beds. BATHROOMS - There are 7 bathrooms in the villa - 6 attached and 1 common. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room offers AC, TV, speakers and comfortable seating for up to 10 people. - There is a 4500 sq.ft. lawn with a gazebo which offers comfortable seating for up to 12 people. - There is a private swimming pool which is 28x8 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. It is accessible from 8 AM to 9 PM. - There is a common powder room on the ground floor. CONFERENCE ROOM  - The conference room / movie theatre has a capacity of 25 people, with a projector and 150 inch screen. - It can be booked separately only for corporate meetings and conferences at an additional cost.   KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a water filter, a refrigerator, a mixer-grinder and a microwave. - Crockery and cutlery are available.  - Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.1000 per day will be levied. - Cooking non-vegetarian food is not permitted. FOOD - All meals are offered at an additional cost. - For groups of 10 or more guests, all meals are priced at Rs.1300 for vegetarian and Rs.1500 for non-vegetarian, per person, per day. - For groups of less than 10 guests, all meals are priced at Rs.1500 for vegetarian and Rs.1700 for non-vegetarian, per person, per day.  - All meals will be prepared in a centralised kitchen and delivered to the villa. - Guests can also eat out at restaurants such as Broccoli Picaddle Resort, Hotel Chandralok, Santushti and Smokin Joe’s.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim, a soak in the jacuzzi, have fun playing indoor games such as table tennis, pool, cards and Ludo. Guests can also take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This villa is not suitable for pets and guests who use wheelchairs.  - The living room is under CCTV surveillance for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support one light and one fan from all the rooms, including the living rooms.    - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Jacuzzi access is available at an additional cost. - Conference room / Movie theater POLICIES - The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals. - Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted. - A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. If you stay more than 2 nights, the fee remains Rs.1,000. This fee is non-refundable. GUEST ACCESS - The guests have access to the entire villa. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to books, games and swimming pool.Plus
