Property was very clean and the breakfast was outstanding. Great location. We had a great week at Judy’s and Ernie home. They are wonderful hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room is very comfortable and the continental breakfasts were perfect for us. It is in a great location, about 10 K from Penticton. A quiet place to relax. We highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful three nights stay at Judy and Ernie’s. They are warm, friendly and attentive hosts and Judy went out of her way to provide us with lunch snacks when she knew we’d be out for the day—so kind! The suite has everything you need and is perfectly clean, cozy and lovely. The bed is super comfortable too! The outdoor hot tub is perfection with a view overlooking the lake in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. The extra bonus for us were Judy and Ernie’s two friendly cats who came and visited us regularly, much to our delight. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful isolated property and a gorgeous view. The private hot tub was an added bonus. Great location for our winery tour. Will definitely come back. The hospitality by Ernie and Judy was fantastic.

Judy and Ernie were fabulous hosts for our three night stay. Judy prepared a bountiful breakfast every morning, often with fresh fruit from their property. They were accommodating in every way, and gave quality recommendations to restaurants and wineries. They respected our private space, and we felt very comfortable in their home.

The location is central for Penticton and Okanagan Falls winery visits but you need to drive at least 15-20 minutes to find a decent place for dinner. The Linden Gardens are nearby and worth a visit. The breakfast was good. The garden area was private and we enjoyed it the most.
