Hidden Gem!
From the start of booking the holiday, communication with Lisa was first class. She was able to answer all my questions and provided perfect directions to Hattie especially for someone who doesn't know the area. The property when we arrived was spotless and the location and amenities could not be faulted. Our welcome bundle was full of delicious local produce and such a personal touch and really appreciated. Lisa stopped in to check we had everything we needed when we arrived and showed us how to work the all important hot tub! She also provided us with some good suggestions on places to eat locally. Highly recommend The Great House as their pizzas are lush! Our stay was delightful and we had the most amazing weather and waking up each day to such beautiful surroundings made us never want to leave. It was also lovely getting to meet all the horses and the farm cats especially Hobbes the black cat who carried out regular checks on us 😊. The fire pit was fab on a chilly April evening and everything was provided for this. Cannot recommend highly enough and cannot wait to return!!

Absolutely amazing!
For a weekend away after having a baby and for our anniversary it was everything we wanted, needed and more. Lisa and her family were very accommodating and polite and their animals are gorgeous. The area is great with a shop and a lovely pub/restaurant 5 minute walk away. The location, the very cool converted horse box with everything you need for a short stay made our weekend perfect! Thank you, would recommend time over and will definitely be back in the future.

A Little Gem!
This was our 2nd stay at Hattie Horse box, it is an absolute gem. Beautifully decorated, lots of thought has gone into every detail. If you want a break away from busy life, this is a perfect location, stunning views, peaceful location but only a short walk from great pub’s & restaurants in the town. Lisa is an amazing host & really makes you feel at home.
