This rental was so amazing. This trip was a gift to my mother for her birthday and we had the most amazing time. The property was clean, beachy, well equipped (so many towels, beach chairs, pots, pans, etc.) which only made our experience that much more perfect. I would recommend this property to everyone and will definitely be looking to return to this rental for future Sanibel Island vacations. Thank you!!

This unit was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Beautifully furnished and with everything you need (other than a few extra rolls of toilet paper and tissues), the condo is close to Tarpon Bay Road and moments away by car or bike to the beach or all the shops on Periwinkle. Beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, a canopy and even a collapsible beach wagon made a day trip to Captiva a pleasure. Thanks for hosting in this delightful spot - it was just what we needed as a family!

We loved the location as it was mid island. We ride bikes all over so bring I the middle was perfect. The home is very clean and very well equipped it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed

The unit was as described in listing. Location very convenient to Ding Darling. The condo complex is small and the office staff and owners are super nice. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time renting a condo and after this visit, we are quickly planning our next getaway. The condo had everything we needed for a great vacation (i.e. beach/pool items, towels, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer). Location was just a quick walk to the beach. The only thing that could be improved upon is the mattresses. All 3 were a bit uncomfortable and left us not sleeping well. But nothing that a soak in the pool or a drink at the Island Cow couldn't fix! We will be back.

Lady in office is mean and nasty. Seashells property is great. Just don’t go to the office and you will have a great time

We have been to Sanibel before, about five other times. So we really enjoy being there. Our condo was comfy, and had anything we could think of that we needed. I loved that. I will happily be back next year.

The property was awesome. The manager, Shela was so helpful before and during our stay. Our unit had everything we could have wanted. We brought 3 of our grandkids with us and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. I would highly recommend this condo complex and building 2 unit 10.
