Great overall home and stay for the South Tahoe area! The property backed up to a forest and was beautiful. The hot tub and deck was perfect! Enough space for a group to spread out and not feel too cramped. The kitchen was well stocked for what you need. The travel to downtown seemed a bit longer than what the GPS would say, more times than not it took closer to 30 minutes rather than 15 as expected but Ubers were easy to get. Bob was easy to work with!

It’s always a good sign that mama picked a great place to stay when 5 minutes after the house tour, the kids all yell let’s never leave! I brought my family up before school starts next week and all the kids ages 13-24 loved it at Bob’s place! Bob was great in communicating. Took his time to email us great places to visit depending on the activity we wanted to do. The place was very clean, inviting and just as described. My kids already asked if we can just email Bob and rent the place at the same time every year.. Thanks for being a great host!

Bob is an excellent host! The family (4 adults, 3 kids) really enjoyed our stay. Bob's attention to detail only added to a very nice house with comfortable beds & furnishings - he covers all the bases. The location was great for our visit to the Lake Tahoe area - a nice, quiet neighborhood only minutes away from the lake. Definitely recommend staying here!

This property was great for my group of 8 adults. The house was very spacious with a well-stocked, kitchen. Convenient location - short drive to a grocery story and some of the activities we wanted to do such as the Mt Tallac trail. Bob, the owner, was also very helpful and responsive!

Exactly as advertised. Perfect for 2 families with the forest and river behind the home. Spacious and included all modern necessities. Beds comfortable. Owners' communication and commitment to us having a great time was appreciated.

This property was exactly as described. It is perfect for families or groups that are looking to be in a very convenient location but far enough out of town to experience the natural beauty of the Sierras at your doorstep.
