This is our second time Renting this house, it become our favorite rental place and it is super clean . It is relaxing and the neighborhood is Very quiet. Coming back from all day events this house is so relaxing to come back to . It has a TV in every room so it makes it great for our family, specially with kids . Patty is efficient host, always gets back to you and she is extremely nice. Definitely coming back

We stayed for a week in this lovely rental. Patty was easy and very kind. The check in process was simple. The house was clean and had a ton of room! There were two families (one with 5 one with 4) and there was plenty of room for everyone! Nice big kitchen and dining area! A pool table downstairs which was great in the evenings! The backyard was big and plenty of room for the kids to run around! The property is about 15-20 minutes from state line and 15 minutes from Camp Richardson which was a great back for the kids and adults! House is located close to restaurants and shops. Very convenient!

Loved it!! Let me start off with saying how amazing the manager was with me during the whole booking process! The place was really clean and it smelled clean. It looked better in person than in pictures 😊Everything worked well for us and if I had a question about something, Patty, the manager (owner) would get right back to me. The location was perfect! It ended up being closer to shopping center, lake and downtown that I thought it would be. Neighbors were nice too and quite. Will definitely book again!

Home was spacious and clean. The location is a 15min drive to any public beach. Well stocked with items and the hot tub was a relaxing bonus. There are very strict noise ordinances in S. Lake Tahoe which does not allow for evening hot tub use or any outdoor enjoyment in the yard or balcony with your group after 10pm. With teenage boys, I spent more time worry about them staying quiet after 10pm than enjoying the property. I would not rent in this area again due to the strict noise guidelines. It would be nice to enjoy patio night chats, game nights and evening hot tub relaxing but with more than 2 people I fear that you might not be in compliance. . Great area for older people or those with very young children.. tweets and teens aren't great at following the 10pm quiet hour, not a great fit..LOL !! Also the 8am landscaping crew that was mowing and weed whacking the property was a very unpleasant way to be woken up!!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. It was a great location and the kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool table very much. The house was great and perfect for our family.
