Perfect tidy scenic quiet! Easy communication. Would stay again.

We had 6 adults during our stay. Beds are very comfortable. Excellent kitchen appliances. Plenty of outside chairs and inside seating. Jacuzzi was a bonus. Very peaceful, quiet setting close to Upper Truckee River. Water level is low July-October. Great place to walk, hike, ride bikes. 15 minutes to Heavenly and Camp Richardson area. Close to Echo Lakes and Desolation Wilderness boundary. Owner, Debbie, is a great communicator and timely/prompt. Overall, amazing place to stay!

Nice place, liked the river access behind the house

This place was exactly as listed. The property, as well as surrounding area, was beautiful. The hot tub was easy to use and stayed at a comfortable temperature. The common areas were comfortable and great for larger groups but the two of us still felt safe and cozy. The bedrooms upstairs shared a bathroom but were large enough to accommodate a couple and children in each room. The bedroom downstairs was smaller but had a half bath next to it. The nearby town was pleasant to explore. Debbie communicated with us very well (and there are directions inside of the house for common questions) so we were able to go to the property and enjoy it without any issues.

Great place for our Mother’s Day getaway! Our 1st time with VRBO with a review of success and ease. Great place for gathering with family. Close to many outdoor activities and the Lake. Relaxing property, perfect walks with our 3 pooches and grand baby. Unexpected snow fall which was beautiful watching. Easy communication with Debbie who was quick to respond. Will stay again for sure.

This getaway for my family was what we needed. From the start of booking Debbie was quick at responding. I requested for a later checkout and Debbie was awesome with making that happen. I love everything being labeled in the kitchen which helped with easy findings. We were able to enjoy a snow day as well as enjoying a sunny day which was nice to enjoy the home in both perspectives. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery around the home as well as some trails near by. The upstairs room with all the windows was absolutely beautiful waking up to and watching the snow just fall. We are a family of four and our two teens enjoyed their stay as well. We will definitely be a family that returns.

Great place to relax with the family and enjoy South Lake Area!

Very nice for the price. The kitchen is a winner with quality appliances and all you need. The backyard, going to the nice creek, is expansive. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We were only 3 with a small dog and did not have to use the master. It looked nice but the large bed in that room was just way too hard for our taste, I suggest replacing the mattress for people with back issues. The many other beds were fine however.

Great home! Very Clean and equip with everything you need for a snow filled weekend. Debbie was prompt to respond and professional. My family and our dogs enjoyed our time very much. The land was spacious (which the dogs loved) and location had amazing views. Thank you so much Debbie, we’ll def be back.

This cabin was perfect for a family of 6, including 4 kids and our dog. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, the hot tub was relaxing, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.
