Great house to stay in. Lots of space for everyone and has everything needed. Location is also good, quiet neighborhood and only 15 to 20 minutes from everything. We would stay here again.

The house was beautiful but not a great property for small children… lots of stairs, no back yard. Close to town and activities.

Loved this property. It had plenty of room and everything a big group needed for a wonderful time. It was definitely one of the nicer properties in the neighborhood.

I wish there were more towels, one extra set !

What can I say about this house other than it was fantastic!! We had group of 15, ranging in ages from 10 to 80 and it worked out perfectly! Huge game room on the lowest floor that the kids shared, and they spent most of the time there. It was a large enough house that we were able to spread out and have our own private spaces yet still be under the same room. Multiple fridges helped with the large group and our extended stay, which is so helpful! Only 2 things to note (not necessarily a watch out); 1) this house does have AC in the top floor and basement, but the top floor unit feels underpowered. 2) this is a 3 level house, so those with elderly adults should know this in advance. Plenty of handrails, so it wasn’t a concern for us - but still something to note. We’ll be booking again!

Consuelo’s home was the perfect place for our annual family vacation. There are 18 of us with ages ranging from 4 to 76 years old. People with mobility issues please note there are no stairs to enter the home, however there is a flight to get to the main area. The kitchen/living area is beautiful and open and is perfect for socializing. Kitchen was stocked and even had two coffee makers, which was key. The huge deck was awesome and bbq grill worked beautifully and even had a reserve tank. The studio/game room was perfect for the younger children and singles. 3 twin beds and 2 sofa sleepers. With 5 bathrooms, waiting was never an issue. Water pressure was awesome and we never ran out of hot water. The kids truly enjoyed their time in the hot tub too. Nice break from the ice water in the Lake. The view of Echo summit is amazing and you can even see hwy 50. The backyard literally goes to the base of the summit. We found a nice spot to play in the river about a mile from the house and Christmas Valley is awesome for morning walks. So peaceful and quiet. This is bear country so be aware, we had 3 bear sightings close to the home. Please lock your car doors and do not crack your windows, as they are capable of opening unlocked cars. Sounds silly, but it’s absolutely true. We are a loud family, but I believe we never set off the decibel monitor. However, we did shut the windows if we felt we were being loud. No confrontations with the neighbors so that’s a positive. We have been vacationing in Tahoe for 20 years and everyone agrees Consuelo’s home fits our needs perfectly. We stayed in a lake view home, but there was traffic and not enough space. This home is 15 mins to Baldwin Beach and to Stateline. We hope to make Consuelo’s home our new Tahoe vacation rental for many years to come.

We recently spent a week at this wonderful property with our entire family 17 adults and 4 children under the age of 7. Our brother is in at the AFB-Travis and came over to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed being together and all having our own private areas. The kitchen is well-appointed for big family meals. The town is lovely, and the grocery store is a wonderful surprise with many amenities' that were a bargain compared to shopping in Reno before we headed down. Plenty of bedding and pillows for everyone. Super location to all of the many fun things to do, offered around us! We had snow and it was just exquisite! The sauna, hot tub and steam shower were a hit after a long day on the slopes. The downstairs area was perfect for movies, games and just relaxation. Thank you! *This house is in the middle of a neighborhood. The neighbors are not fond of renters and will tell you so. They encourage their dogs "do their business" in the amazing backyard that the kids had a wonderful time sliding on the small hills in the snow. We simply picked up these "offerings" and disposed of them. That was the only issue that we had. I understand their concern, but we followed the rules and only had one verbal interaction with them. Consuela is always a text away and very easy to interact with. mb

I’ve been renting this cabin for 3 years and it never disappoints. The cabin itself is perfect and it’s always been very easy to communicate with the property manager. I will continue to rent this cabin in the future.
