I’ll start by saying the place was very clean and we appreciated that. The owners clearly care about maintaining nice standards. The kitchen was well stocked. There was one major thing that was a problem for us - the listing says queen bedding in both rooms. This is not true! At least of the beds is a full, not a queen. I actually measured it to confirm. This ended up being a major problem for us and basically ruined our sleep all four nights. We had our baby with us and brought a crib, (it only fit to into one of the rooms) but as most parents know sometimes the baby has to come into bed with you in the night. When the three of us were in the bed none of us could even turn over, it was so cramped. I got almost no sleep. Even without the baby, with two people in the bed, one being a tall man, it wasn’t comfortable. We would have appreciated honesty about the bed size, because we would not have stayed here knowing it was a full bed. The furniture has covers on it that seemed like they were for dogs. Throw blankets on the couch were old and ratty. Also like other people said, we hit our head multiple times on the kitchen hood, it’s in a very weird spot. There were also two very large glow in the dark photos in the bedroom that were glowing all night long. Strange choice for a bedroom. Other than that the place is as represented, it feels like your grandmas cottage. VERY cottage-y lol. It’s a cute place but we would not stay here again, mainly because of the beds.
